Here are a few items for the Character Effects - Summons Companion category:Obtainable:Commander's Badge (and others) - Summons a NetherwhelpThe Horseman's Blade (and others) - Summons Pumpkin SoldiersNot obtainableBarov Peasant Caller - Summons PeasantsArgent War Horn - Summons an Argent KnightAlso, wasn't there a quest item added during Cata that gave a backpack effect similar to the Vile Fumigator's Mask?As far as I remember it was blue and might have been frost-related.
You can make Bones of Transformation last longer on yourself with the help of another player. They should have the item as well. Have them use it and then you can use Ai-Li's Skymirror on them and you get transformed into a shimmery naga. You can attack in this form and it lasts for the full 10 minute duration of the Skymirror effect. What's more, if the other person has the Ai-Li's Skymirror as well, they can use it on you and get it themselves as well.A naga hunter looks hilarious, I was literally throwing arrows at the target while attacking them. :DI'm not sure if this works with Blessing of the Old God but it probably does.

What is image 3-16 (the Blood Elf gal) supposed to show? Which item?
The only problem i have with vanity items is the bag space. I wish Bliz would make some extra tool bars for all of this:) 4 sets fo gear, some extras and vanity items when the biggest bag has 28 slots?../cough
What is image 3-16 (the Blood Elf gal) supposed to show? Which item?I think that's the Orb of the Sin'dorei.
I think all these companion trinkets and summoned objects can be its own separate guide, if you look under shared cooldowns for some of the trinkets, there's over 300 you can list just for that subcategory. (Trinkets from Brewfest, engineering, etc.)On another note, the use effect on Frostscythe of Lord Ahune adds snowflakes to the character.
Huh i always turn into a Human for Blood in the Snow regardless As night elves and Blood elves. I always thought it should be dwarfs

(Trinkets from Brewfest, engineering, etc.)I agree! Summoning objects or companions via items should be placed into a separate guide, though both can be part of a larger vanity guide.
Awesome. Do any persist through druid shape-shifting?
Thanks for all of the suggestions! I've added many of them to the guide--if they're not showing up later today, try clearing cache. Also, several of these items were already included in the guide, such as Torment of the Worgen and Bones of Transformation. Search by Playable and Non-playable races when looking for a particular item :)The original guide (http://www.wowhead.com/guide=18/master-shapeshifters-a-guide-to-character-disguises) included a Character Effects section that players seemed to like, so we kept it in when expanding and updating the guide for MoP. Since MoP introduced many vanity trinkets with character effects, perhaps it's worth expanding that section into its own guide in the future.
Turnip Paint "Gun" - I did'nt see this one on the list.

Forgetting Magic Bamboo Shoot (/love on Luo Luo (horde) Meng Meng (alliance))
Thank you! An awesome guide! Just recently I was looking for something like this. Bookmarking! :)
On the Restorative Amber bullet under 'Objects,' it states that you need to be Exalted to buy the Amber. Hovering over the item description says Honored. Sure, I didn't point out any item you might have missed, but... I have no idea where I was going with this sentence. :B
