sounds awesome, kind of sad though that i have a hard time saving money, usually spend it haha
Despite them mostly being scams, i think that those few players who do manage to get gold off of a gold selling site are going to have a huge advantage, they will be able to basically buy all of the heroic gear they want for a handful of irl money and will have a huge advantage over players who prefer to keep their dignity. In my opinion this is going to be just like the Heart of the Aspects, which is a cool mount ruined by every brain dead moron who has some spare change buying and using it because its shiny, rather than it being something reserved for those who have fought countless bosses or faced the toughest opposition to earn it.
Well finally I can get T3 on my 60 twink, jesus its been long enough intell they brought it back, I knew they would.
Blizzard, Tell us more about how you want to stop gold sellers...
The BBC News website, in the Technology section, has a related article on D3 and gold farming http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-18783069.They claim that 90% of farmers are now on D3 because the D3 auction house system legalises what they do.They also say "For fans of that other Blizzard success, Wow, letting players spend real money to buy gear for their character is decidedly odd".I've certainly noticed a drop in gold spammers but I thought it was simply a drop in demand since my realm has gone from medium to low since D3 started.
Will current raiding gear be available on the AH?
this thing is a 100% money pit.
The better question is....how is anyone supposed to get 10,000 to 20,000 gold legitimately?
I hope a lot of people feel the way you do, MORE FOR ME!
Seriously? I got that.
