=O sooner than expected
If they hold true to their original statement. This was just the first round of nerfs.. they should ramp up over time, and then a final 20% lopped off the top when 4.3 hits.
Hilariously, the Turtle Trash hasn't been nerfed. We always have a wipe there,
Wow...even I think this may be a bit much.On the plus side, I'm not objecting.
There's one nerf in here i completely agree with. Alysrazor tornado speed =p
Insane, way way too soon and way too huge a nerf. Shouldn't have been done until after 4.3 is live. Some people actually like being challenged by content rather than just farming it as fast as possible to max gearscore.IMO the reason WoW is shedding subscribers so fast is because of how they keep nerfing everything. When everything is so easy, there's no sense of accomplishment for doing it, and then no motivation to actually log in and play.
I expected worse nerfing actually. But WHERE are the Turtle nerfs! Those are fierce and angry Spiny Ninja Turtles of DOOOM!
Thank god my guild finally killed Ragnaros last week. I can't imagine how pissed off we would have been to go in there this week and kill him after a 25% nerf. What a joke. My guild may not be at the forefront of progression but we still like trying to progress legitimately. 15% nerfed Heroic bosses? I mean, what is the point? We might as well not even bother continuing to raid until 4.3 releases. It seems like all of Blizzard's decisions are aimed at the people who are either super hardcore and race through content as fast as possible or the super casuals who can't kill any current tier bosses and expect it to be spoonfed to them. What about the rest of us who like to progress at a reasonable pace and actually have a challenge and a sense of reward when we down something difficult?I understand their logic that people were struggling to progress and needed a boost, but 15-25% nerfs? I mean, really? How about 5%? Why couldn't they just add in a small nerf this week that gets progressively bigger the closer we get to 4.3?
I don't think that Blizzard is catering at all to the super casual player, they left. We are trying every week to improve our gear by max'ing out Justice points, dailies and Firelands trash runs. We have gotten Shannox down to within 20% so many times it really is not even funny. So this week Blizzard reduced by 15 percent, it still will not going to be easy, but we have practiced enough. Me and my guild are exstatic about the chance to get the first three down and start practicing on the rest. Most of us are maxed out with rep and need a boos down to progress, too. Thank you Blizzard. The timing is perfect and the amount of reductions is perfect for us.
I actually appreciate the nerfs because I don't have access to a group with the absolute best comp. All you whinerbabies complaining about the nerfs can go play Rift. Don't like something? Don't play.
WoW has a terrible gfx engine but nerfs won't fix it, they should actually IMPROVE it rather than using 3-4 random DX11 features, that way many people like you can play with a PC that's far from being crap. 10-man will have a difficulty close to ZA/ZG (you don't even need 10 ppl), there's still HC if you end fights with 80% mana. 4.2 wasn't exactly a big success since FL is dull and only has 2? fun fights, no reason to beat a dead horse
Oh i see, my bad (well, engine still sucks hehe)
