Quickness is good for survival both in PvE and PvP.

Regeneration allows you to recover health in combat. (Handy if a Potion or First Aid is on cooldown)

Deadly Throw.
UndeadWill of the Forsaken is great in PvP useful primarily on Warlocks and Priests.
Cannibalize helps to reduce downtime while soloing, as well as is quiet useful during PvP since you can use
Stealth while using this skill.

Rocket Jump is an excellent movement ability or escape tactic. (However both Rocket Barrage and Rocket Jump share the same cooldown)
Time is Money only increases your haste with melee, ranged, or spells by 1%.
Best Deals Anywhere Always handy if you're short on cash an need to buy something from a vendor that doesn't like you vary well. (20% off, regardless of rep level)
Pack Hobgoblin useful if there's something you need out of your Bank while waiting for a BG to Que, inside of a Raid, or just out questing and need to free up some bag space. (30 Minute CD is a drag)

PvE - Worgen for Alliance and Orc or Goblin for Horde.
edit: I'm talking dps numbers, not anything rp :P
That's exactly right: for PvE Worgens are the best choice on the alliance cause of the 1% crit they have compared to other viable but not as good choice that is Gnomes that have an advantage of 3 expertise while wielding daggers, but still Worgens are better.
On the horde side, the 1% haste of the Goblins is a good deal, the other good choice is the Orc with
Blood Fury.
