Ok after about an hour of flying around where the quest giver starts and NOT EVEN SEEING THE NPC, I have finally came to the conclusion that wowhead is completely wrong here. YOU CAN NOT GET THIS AT LEVEL 77 as stated by wowhead "Requires level 77"

They really should fix this, as it is very misleading and causes people to get @#$%ed.

Is that quest shareable guys? I mean if some1 had completed all of the quests before it.

The name of the quest is a quote from Shakespeare's Henry V.

"The breach in question is the gap in the wall of the city of Harfleur, which the English army held under siege. Henry was encouraging his troops to attack the city again, even if they have to 'close the wall with English dead'."

Report to the Ebon Watcher in the Valley of Echoes just outside the Breach.

Descrizione

The Vanguard is secure, ally. We have reclaimed the Valley of Echoes and taken down the web walls blocking entry to the Breach. Now is the time to strike at Scourgeholme and establish our presence inside Icecrown. The battlefront moves on!

I have asked the Ebon Watcher for his assistance with our assault upon Scourgeholme. His intimate knowledge of the Scourge will be invaluable in our effort.

Go now and report to him at the tent outside of the Breach, northwest of here.
