The sub-chieftains are very easy to kill. Clear the surrounding area to avoid adds, and you should be good to go. The points are located as follows:

North Point: 65, 17
Mid Point: 63, 22
West Point: 60, 20
South Point: 65, 28

For those that cry about coordinates, the quest description is quite sufficient to find these with ease.

you can also do this quest along with Souls of the Decursed as the Fizzcrank Mechagnome's are next to the bits that you need :) ( you may or may not need to kill these to get to the valve )

The Grinder is probably a reference to Kenan and Kel's movie "Good Burger" when Kirk says "You mess with Kirk, you go in the grinder."

Max Blasto is a reference to the character (actually 2), Master Blaster from the movie Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome.

Master was a highly intelligent, savant, midiget.

Blaster was a monstrously large mentally challenged person. Mad max spared his life in the thunderdome, which is a gladiatorial battle to the death in half a motocross cage.

I can't seem to access the controls to summon ED-210. I've summoned and killed all the others, and the controls at 65,17 are sparkling. However, I don't get the little gear thingy to call him.

Descrizione

It is known that Gearmaster Mechazod has four sub-chieftains that manage the robots in the pools.

We must put an end to them!

Our longrunners and snow trackers say that if you were to turn the valves at the west point, north point, mid point and south point stations, each of his sub-chieftains would come quickly to prevent you from fouling their operations.

The stations are centered on the spinning lights in the pools surrounding the pumping station.
