The "buff" you have, "Weakness to Lightning" is sort of re-applied every 10 seconds or so. The animation is similar to a shaman casting lightning shield on himself. The problem is, it will interrupt any eating/drinking activity when you do it, possibly bandage chanelling as well.

*Final edit* You only have the buff when you are in the Geyser fields area. If you leave, it disappears, then reappears when you return.

A tip for hunters, the robots are immune to your pet's growl, so watch your aggro.

Tip: you can use Sage's Lightning Rod AFTER you tag the mob, so it works as a pretty nice stunning device. So for casters, you can tag the mob with ranged spells and when the mob gets close, pop the Rod so you can get a couple extra seconds without getting hit.

If you are a Hunter or Warlock (have pet / demon etc), you an use the Sage's Lightning Rod while your pet etc is attacking.

Weakness to Lightning

While weakened by the Power of the Storm, destroy any 15 of the robotic units, except the mechagnomes, in the greater pools area surrounding the Fizzcrank Pumping Station.

Afterward, return to Sage Earth and Sky at Taunka'le Village.

Descrizione

You now have the power of the storm within you. I will give you the means to focus that power and weaken the robots in the pools.

Take this lightning rod. Use it against the robotic creations of the mechagnomes you find within the greater pools area to the west. Do not worry about using it against the mechagnomes themselves; Greatmother Taiga has other plans for them.

Once the robots are weakened by the power of the storm, dismantle them utterly!
