Focus Magic

Gives 3% Critical Strike to another player. Whenever that player Critical Strikes, you get 3% Critical Strike chance for 10 seconds with no cooldown.

Torment the Weak

Adds 12% bonus damage to our main spells assuming the enemy (including bosses) has a slow applied to it (attack speed, cast speed or movement speed slows all apply) such as Thunderclap, Frost Fever, Judgements of the Just or Infected Wounds

Frost Tree Talents

Winter's Chill

Applies a debuff to enemies that provides 5% critical strike chance after 5 stacks. Does not stack with Scorch nor Improved Shadow Bolt.

Improved Frostbolt

Reduces the casting time of your Frostbolt spell by 0.5 sec.

Precision

Provides 3% Hit.

Enduring Winter

After each Frostbolt cast grants 10 raid members mana regeneration equal to 1% of their maximum mana per 5 for 15 sec. Has a 6 second ICD.
Addionally provides 15% increased duration of your Summon Water Elemental, but it doesn't have any impact because of Glyph of Eternal Water which allows your pet to be permanently up.

Summon Water Elemental

Summons a Water Elemental pet that will attack the enemies further improving your damage total.

Fingers of Frost

Gives your Chill effects a 15% chance to grant you an effect, which treats your next 2 spells cast as if the target were Frozen.
Meaning Shatter will now also often hit bosses.

Deep Freeze

Because of Fingers of Frost, this spell can be used on bosses often and will allow for very big critical hits every 30 secs.

Glyphs for Frost Mage DPS in Wrath of the Lich KingMajor Glyphs

Glyph of Eternal Water

Your Summon Water Elemental now lasts indefinitely. But your Water Elemental can no longer cast Freeze which in PVE raid content you never do regardless.

Glyph of Frostbolt

Increases the damage dealt by Frostbolt by 5%, but removes the slowing effect.

Glyph of Molten Armor

Provides an additional 20% of your Spirit as Critical Strike Rating.

Minor Glyphs

Glyph of Arcane Intellect

Reduces the mana cost of your Arcane Brilliance and Arcane Intellect by half, not impressive by any means but some good quality of life.

Glyph of Slow Fall

Removes the need for Light Feather to use your Slow Fall spell. These are so minor that this is actually worth considering.

Glyph of the Penguin

Changes your polymorth from a Sheep to a Penguin, none of the other minor glyphs have any benefit for PVE either. So just pick this or whatever else.
