This is not an AoE attack.

The mechanic of this spell works like moving the boss, applying whirlwind like animation and once every two seconds the boss is /targeting and/ hitting everyone in the proper range with melee attacks on its way.

I realized it when I was using Deterrence. A lot of Parry was popping out as well as few Dodges /probably because of diminishing returns/. So other physical damage mitigating spells can be used to counter this spell.
