Races

The goblin racial Best Deals Anywhere should now only be applying to vendors with associated reputations. It no longer incorrectly applies to vendors with no attached reputations, nor does it apply to flight path costs. (Note: the displayed costs for flight paths require a client-side patch to update and are not currently reflecting this racial change). In addition, it is no longer possible for goblin characters exalted with their guild to receive an extra discount on top of the exalted faction discount from guild vendors.

Now it's confirmed. We'll gonna miss the golden days when Goblins really got the best deal ANYWHERE :(

Ridiculous how Blizzard nerfed this racial. I play as goblin and just because I sympathise with them, but the racials are pretty useless now.
You can't have discount in some itens such itens you need for Vial of the Sands or mounts like Reins of the Grand Expedition Yak. You can't stack this racial with Bartering. But the blizz's favorite race, humans, can stack Diplomacy with Mr. Popularity. Thats not fair >_>

This works on not just vendors, but trainers as well. If it costs gold, and the vendor/trainer/whatever has a faction, you get the full discount. This means you will never pay more than exalted price against any service with an associated faction.

Does not work on some things like the Panda Quartermasters.
ex: quartermaster for pandas in Org sells everything at non-discounted prices. But when you go to any other quartermaster there it is discounted.

Has anyone found a vendor in Dragonflight that this still works on? It did nothing with Broker vendors in SL and now that trend seems to be continuing in DF.

EDIT: In Valdrakken, there's a vendor in the blacksmith area associated with the MoP Wrathion faction that Best Deals works on

So, do I understand correctly that if my main is exalted with everyone, then there is no point to create a Goblin alt only to get a better discount from some vendor?
