I did not calculate exact numbers but I feel like I get twice more rage than usual. So I basically get twice more absorbs or twice more 復仇 damage
I do not need to spam 挫敗 any more! So I have less GCD and can do more things
盾牌猛擊 also triggers more often, because I always "use" 挫敗 in battle

The only downside of this talent, comparing to others is a row, is that you have to always hit something. Other talents just give you benefit no matter what you do.
But Protection Warrior is very mobile class, so you won't have much problems with it

Best talent in the game! It's great and gets better with Haste. I feel like I get more Shield Slam procs with Devastator than just spamming Devastate. Though honestly, I hate Devastate so much, that even if Devastator was nerfed (like during BfA) I would probably still take it. And the fact that Devastator is a level 15 talent now is just a thing of beauty; only have to suffer Devastate for one level while leveling.

So yeah, it's the best talent because it removes the most pointless ability in all of the Prot Warrior's kit. Only thing that is actively worse than Devastate is Conqueror's Banner, and that might actually get buffed/reworked during Shadowlands and is optional anyway.

Currently testing 毀滅者 with a 1.8 speed weapon (yes, it comes with agility, str is only available with 2.6 speed weapons)

If anyone has data on proc-rates with 1.8 weapon, please share in comments

Despite what the talent says, it will NOT reset the CD on Shield Slam until 28 when you get rank 3, which makes this ability 1000% worthless.
