Here's a string to WeakAura that i've made to help myself tracking the buff.

If you'll find those bars if they're too long It's very easy to edit them just by removing part of the text you personally don't need and shrinking them.
I'll be probably using the short version when i'll learn each buff and it will look more or less like this:

Bearing - timer
Shark - timer
Jolly - timer
Melee - timer
Broadsides - timer
Treasue - timer

Currently bugged with which sometimes apply the CD reduction on itself that should not. This result to showing available CD on but you can't really use it.

An other note on 絕對方位, it only apply the CD reduction retroactively on 命運之骰 cast. More precisely if you currently don't have 絕對方位 and you cast 命運之骰 and get it, you also get CD reduction with this 命運之骰 cast.
But if you have 絕對方位 and you cast 命運之骰 and don't refresh it, you don't have CD reduction with it.

BUG : As of patch 8.0, True bearing is not working without Restless Blades, which means 10 levels from 40 to 50 without the Cooldown reduction.
