Dreadful breath is useful to start chopping down your opponent's entire team at once. It does damage to their current pet and the rest of their team. The only downside is it is a multi (3) round ability that can be tricky to wait through if your pet is taking a lot of damage. Use it early on then switch out to stronger pets or another attack to finish your opponent.

This supposedly does bonus damage during Cleansing Rain, but if so, it's not very much. Plus no pets with this ability can trigger the rain, so it's a pretty tough combo to set up.

Based on personal observation, the bonus damage it receives from Cleansing Rain is either ~25-30% or ~25 additional damage.

This attack is currently hitting pets that are normally not attackable due to a dodge mechanic or other evasion-based ability (e.g. burrow, lift off).

This ability benefits from 淨化之雨 as if it was an Aquatic damage move; that is, it deals 25% extra damage under 淨化之雨. No bonus hits or any additional "visible" damage - the base number increases by a bit, and that's it, so easily missed.

Base damage is: 21 + (split amongst all targets).
