Here is a video of my How-To here: Tirs & Fiero - Menagerie Daily Pet Battle

Two gorgeous Elemental pets, 特斯 & 猛火 are easily handled by any Aquatic type pet. I had fantastic success using a trio of Crocolisk pets, 史納立, 凸牙 and 恰克 as well as two other teams of various Aquatic that were all successful. This exhibits that while this fight is a fun challenge, it is easily beatable by anyone with a decent stable of pets.

The video team consists of all wild caught pets.

Starting with the 帝王蟹 I laid down the 漩渦 and on the next turn made sure to use 治療波 because we want to be able to soak 充水. Then, use 猛衝 until 特斯 is dead. 猛火 has a mighty collection of strong abilities - but he is somewhat incapacitated by his use of 災變 which misses a lot. Good for us though! I had the 沼澤娃娃蟾蜍 use 泡泡 right away and then debuff with 呱呱 and then spam 噴水 until it he was dead. The 恆光水黽 only had to do one 噴水 and it was done.

One shot it with the following team:

P/P Emperor Crab (Surge, Healing Wave, & Whirlpool)
P/P Spirebound Crab (same as above)
H/S Dancing Water Skimmer (Water Jet, Healing Wave, Pump)

Turn 1: Whirlpool
Turn 2: Healing Wave
Turn 3-6: Surge
Emperor Crab faints, switch in Spirebound Crab.
Turn 7: Whirlpool
Turn 8-9: Surge
Spirebound Crab faints, switch in your Dancing Water Skimmer. At this point Fiero should be pretty much dead.
Turn 10: Water Jet and finish him off.

Fiero will use Cataclysm on round 7 and 9. It has a 50% miss rate so be prepared to adjust as needed.

Today's fight took two pets:

Pandaren Water Spirit: Water Jet, Whirlpool, Dive
Spirebound Crab: Surge, (didn't matter), Whirlpool
Third pet (whatevs. I used a mechanical just for the auto-res and additional xp to level but didn't even pull him out)

You'll end up with one of two scenarios depending on the damage your water spirit takes. If your ele lives until round 6 then it's a super cake walk. If rd5 then it's still simple

Starting with PWS:

Turn 1: Whirlpool
Turn 2: Dive
Turn 3: (avoids massive damage attack)
Turn 4: Water Jet
Turn 5: Water jet or pass depending on the health of the water ele (if he's going to die then pass, you want him alive until rd 6)
Turn 6: Water Jet (water ele usually dies, these will be designated as "a", if he lives until next round it'll be designated as "b")

Turn 7: Whirlpool
Turn 8: Dive
(Crab's turn)
Turn 9: Whirlpool
Turn 10: Surge
Turn 11: Surge (Dead fire ele)

This won't work EVERY time as sometimes the water ele will thrown down a pump instead of a heal and in that case you'll need to kill him before the 2nd pump (so don't pass on turn 5). In any case, this duo pretty well destroys the water/fire ele by avoiding the big attacks and dishing out significant aquatic damage (which is boosted by the cleansing rain they bring themselves).

Round 2 - Surge (Tirs does Pump)
Round 3 - Surge (if he doesn't crit continue, otherwise restart) - Whirlpool lands
Round 4 - Healing Wave (need to recover from that last hit)
Round 5 - Whirlpool (though the crab won't live to see it)
Round 6 - Surge
Round 7 - Surge (and the crab dies to the second pump) - Whirlpool lands - we get a free pet swap
Round 8 - Bring in Croaker - Water Jet finishes off Tirs
Round 9 - Bubble (too late to soak the first damage, ouch but can't be helped)
Round 10 - Croak (any crits on us from here out and we lose)
Round 11 - Water Jet
Round 12 - Water Jet (and pray Cataclysm misses, or restart)
Round 13 - Water Jet
Round 14 - Croaker dies
Round 15 - Pump (and cross fingers)
Round 16 - Pump (and we win, or we restart cause we've lost)

Took a couple of tries, but I had the crab and strider from MoP pet teams, so I only had to level up the croaker from 19'ish to 25 to scrape this team up.

I did this fight with an Unborn Val'kyr, a Little Fawn, and an Anubisath Idol, I started off with the Unborn Val'kyr and casted Curse of doom as the opener, then casted Haunted. I then switched to my Anubisath Idol and since "Tirs" had charged up a water ability that one shots I used Deflection, after that I used Sandstorm, followed by a couple of crushes then curse of doom went off and killed him, When Fiero came out he killed my Anubisath Idol. I brought out my Unborn Val'kyr and cast Curse of Doom on him, he then hit me and caused me to die but I resurrected due to being an undead, I just used a Shadow Shock because I don't think you can Apply Haunt anymore as a dying move (its missed a few times doing that). I then brought out my Little Fawn, my opener move was Headbutt and it hit him pretty hard, then I used Nature's Ward, then I just used Hoof until Curse of Doom ticked off and finished him off with another hoof.

This is a strategy that works like a charm.

Unborn Val'kyr(Guardian)
Shadow Slash/ Curse of Doom / Haunt

Oily Slimeling(Guardian)
Ooze Touch / Corrosion / Acidic Goo

Mongoose (Ninja)
Bite / Screech / Dive

1. Start with Val and cast Curse of Doom.
2. Cast Haunt and Val will absorb into Tirs, select Slimeling next.
3. Cast Acidic Goo followed by Corrosion.
4. Smack Tirs once with Ooze Touch. At this point a whole bunch of explosions happen and Tirs dies.
5. Fiero comes out, cast Acidic Goo.
6. If Slime is still alive, throw a Corrosion on Fireo.
7. Once Slime dies, switch back to Val and spam Shadow Slash until she dies.
8. Out comes Mongoose, cast dive.
9. If it crits, game over! If not, Bite Fiero to death.

Done and done.

Just facerolled this with Gulp Froglet + Spawn of Gnathus.

Gulp Froglet: Toxic Skin, Swarm until dead
Spawn of Gnathus: Roll face on Swallow Whole until Swarm debuff fades, use Dive whenever not on cooldown, default to Swallow Whole

3rd pet was a Shore Crab, didn't even get to use it.

For 特斯 and 猛火 I used a multiple aquatic setup.

Pet 1: 恰克 (B/B) (1. Rip, 2. Surge, 3. Blood in the Water)
Pet 2: Dancing Water Skimmer (H/B) (1. Water Jet, 2. Cleansing Rain, 3. Pump)
Pet 3: Garden Frog (B/B) (1. Water Jet, 2. Cleansing Rain, 3. Frog Kiss)

I started out with 恰克, using Rip as an opener to set up the bleed, and make way for the next ability Blood in the Water. Finishing up with Surge until either my pet or 特斯 was defeated.

I then swapped to Dancing Water Skimmer, which can use Water Jet if 特斯 isn't yet defeated, otherwise, starting out with the initial Pump on 猛火, immediately followed by the second Pump. I then used Water Jet to finish off 猛火, never even bringing my third pet into play.

Mully's 100% Leveling Strats. 70% of the time, it works every time!

特斯 & 猛火 - Revised

You'll need the following:
Viscidus Globule H/S
Spirit Crab H/H - ty theheap
Leveling Pet - Around 460 hp is best suited for this. You can have as low as 389 with a few restarts, but the RNG gods tend to favour those with higher health.. 787+ hp is the safety cap. (More for elementals obv)

特斯 >
R1- Viscidus Globule > Creeping Ooze
R2- Acid Touch
R3- Creeping Ooze - Until Tirs dies.

猛火 >
R1- Acid Touch
R2- Creeping Ooze - Until Viscidus Globule dies
R3- Go Leveling Pet > Don't cast anything, swap out immediately.
R4- Go Spirit Crab > Whirlpool
R5- Amplify Magic
R6- Pass
R7- Rot

My aim here is to develop solid strats so as to utilise and benefit from the massive XP gains these fights offer, whilst carrying pets as low level as possible.
If you have an improvement suggestion for this or any of my other strats please leave a comment, keeping in mind I won't be making strats for single-boss fights due to the lack of bonus XP.

SYD THE SQUID (1,1,1) owns this fight!
. - Had Legs (2,2,1) and Twilight Fiendling (2,1,2) backing up but did not need them.

Strategy:
TIRS casts 酸雨.
You open with SYD THE SQUID (1,1,1)
漩渦, then
泡泡 and use
噴水 2 or 3 times till 特斯 is very low on health, re-apply
漩渦 before you finish him off with a final
噴水.

FIERO comes in.
Spam 噴水 till he's dead.

Pro Tip: If SYD dies, Legs will easily finish off Fiero with a 漩渦 and Surge of Power combo.

My method was similar to Jensketch's - thanks to them for the initial inspiration.

I used three pets at first, a level 25 Magical Crawdad, a 23 Uncommon H/H Emperor Crab, and a rare level 24 Jungle Darter.

After some switching around of the order, I had this boiled down to:

Magical Crawdad out first.
Whirlpool
Renewing Mists
Cast Surge until Whirlpool is off cool down, then Whirlpool again.
Recast Renewing Mists
Surge until Crawdad dies.

Bring out Emperor Crab.
Whirlpool
He will have taken some damage from Tirs Acid Rain, so top him up with Healing Wave
As with Crawdad, Surge until Whirlpool is off cool down, then Whirlpool again.
Surge until Crab dies. You might be able to fit in another Healing Wave for an extra Surge.

Finally, out hops our Jungle Darter.
Frog Kiss
Healing Wave
Spam Frog Kiss until Fiero is dead.

A few notable things about the fight and these pets. I used Magical Crawdad but any level 24/25 rare crab would be fine. You can win with only one pet at 25 - I expect you could win with all your pets at 23/24, but I haven't tested that. With one level 25 crab this is a good fight for finishing off levelling some higher level Aquatics, or indeed any pet that can either burst out some damage or stay alive through their attacks. Fiero was quite susceptible to Frog Kiss and my little frog CC'd him a couple of times. As others have said, his Cataclysm misses a lot.

If you just wanna get the job done with easy to obtain pets, get 2 magic oozes with creeping ooze and just spam that if your lazy. You could have an Anubisath idol for back up, or maybe a Chrominius for a howl and surge of power combo. You could probably get by with 2 magic oozes and a leveling pet.

Today I defeated this elemental brothers with this comp :
Mud jumper
Golden civet kitten
Death adder hatcling

Always dodge pump of water ele with bubble, dive or blind
The rest is easy, just spam water jet and gnaw and youre done
Watch out for ele brothers crit, it might affect your rotation and you will want to do a rematch

Here's the team I went with:

1: Syd the Squid (1,1,1)
2: Darkmoon Rabbit (any critter with more than 281 speed and a stampede ability should be fine) (x,x,2)
3: Spirit Crab as a backup but never had to use him

vs Tirs
- Whirlpool > Bubble > Water Jet until it's dead
(Syd the Squid will only have lost ~100 health by the time Tirs is dead)

vs Fiero
- Whirlpool
- swap to rabbit/critter
- Stampede for buffed Whirlpool damage
- swap to Syd the Squid
- Water Jet and Fiero should die

After trying several methods already listed here and generally having inconsistent results, I came up with the following 2 pet strategy, which gave me consistent wins.

You'll need: Viscidus Globule (2, 1, 2) and Legs (2, 1, 2). Open with Viscidus Globule.

Creeping Ooze, Acid Touch, and then spam Creeping Ooze until Tirs dies.

Hit Fiero with Creeping Ooze then Acid Touch. Your Viscidus will then die.

Bring in Legs, and immediately Whirlpool. Then Surge of Power, and you're done. Legs will die, and then Fiero will die to the final tick of Acid Touch + Whirlpool going off, and your final pet will run onto the field and get xp for the kill.

The only thing I noted was that your carry pet cannot be a lvl 1 - Tirs has an ability that will hit the back row.

Two Pet Leveling Guide (modified from Molly's strats above)

1. Viscidus Globule - H/S (only breed) - Acid Touch | Creeping Ooze
2. Mud Jumper - H/B (breed used) - Water Jet | Bubble
3. Level 15+ (due to backline AoEs from Tirs; and possibly 1 hit from Fiero).

Note: Viscidus Globule literally pwns Tirs very quickly (and will finish him off with ~717 HP to spare). Mud Jumper, with it's Bubble ability, blocks the 2 hard hitting spells from Fiero at the start, allowing it to kill it easily with ~3 Water Jets. Keep in mind, RNG can go wonky and the Mud Jumper dies to a Cataclysm toward the end. But it's a reliable enough method to level with, with good XP.

Strats:

Tirs

1. Cast Creeping Ooze.
2. Cast Acid Touch.
3. Repeat those two abilities until Tirs is dead.

Fieros

1. Cast Acid Touch.
2. (RNG) if still alive, cast Creeping Ooze.
3. (RNG) if Viscidus Globule does die before casting Creeping Ooze, switching to the leveling pet it can get hit taking a major chunk of health (Cataclysm spell has a 50% hit rate). Make sure to use a level 15+ pet because of this RNG factor.
4. Switch to leveling pet (simply switch leveling pet in and out, no need to hit for credit).
5. Switch to Mud Jumper.
6. Cast Bubble.
7. (RNG) If Cataclysm hits Mud Jumper after the Bubble wears off, forfeit the pet battle (Mud Jumper dies).
8. Spam Water Jet to kill Fieros.

Level 15 pet gets 2880 XP.

For what it's worth, a Disgusting Oozeling (H/B) and a Jade Oozeling (P/P), both rare, can duo this pet battle daily, giving you a 3rd slot for a leveling pet.

For the Disgusting Oozeling: Creeping Ooze, Acidic Goo, Ooze Touch. Repeat
For the Jade Oozeling: Creeping Ooze, Acidic Goo, Absorb. Repeat.

I never swapped in a third pet and never fell below 1/2 health on the Jade Oozeling. I would say you could even use two Jade Oozeling, as the Disgusting Oozeling has the exact same abilities.

Hopefully this helps somebody as not everyone can land their hands on the usual recommended heavy hitters, and these pets are easier to acquire.

I used Gahz'rookie, a Mud Jumper, and a Leopard Tree Frog.

I chose this trio because Aquatic Battle Pets do massive damage against Elementals.

I started with Gahz'rookie and used Whirlpool as my first and second attack with took Tirs down to half health before he killed my pet. Switched to the Mud Jumper - took him down to about 290 with Pump before my pet was killed and brought in my froggie...

He killed Tirs and annihilated Fiero with a few attacks - mainly with his Water Jet attack.

Here's a 2 pet strategy that's heavily reliant on two luck turns.

Pandaren Water Spirit using Water Jet, Whirlpool and Dive
Leveling Pet
Frostfur Rat using Sneak Attack, and Call Darkness

First bit is the same as the top comment here.

Start Pandaren Water Spirit:

1: Whirlpool
2: Dive (avoids Pump)
3: Water Jet
4: Water Jet or Pass depending on the health of Tirs (if he's going to die then pass, you want him alive until round 6)
5: Water Jet (Tirs usually dies, this is luck turn number 1. If he doesn't die here and leave your PWS with the ability to do Whirlpool the next round and Dive the round after that, forfeit and try again.)
6: Whirlpool
7: Dive
(Swap in your leveling pet and immediately swap it back out without using any of its abilities. If your pet can't do this due to speed, it needs to be high enough to take a hit from Fiero)
8: Your Frostfur Rat should now be in play. Cast Call Darkness. (Fiero should now attempt to use Cataclysm. This is luck turn number 2. It's a coin flip if it hits. If it does, you're dead. If it misses you're gonna win.
9. Sneak Attack

多腳 is awesome!, is magic, so get less damage from the aquatics attacks of Tirs and have 2 powerful aquatic abilities, Pump and Whirlpool (even have surge of power, is very OP), mine is only lvl 20 and killed Tirs without problems and Fiero to 60% health. I finished with fishy.

Not having a Pandaren Water Spirit, I had to find my own team that works. Magic pets take less damage from these elemental pets. So, I used a Disgusting Oozling and a Jade Oozling. Most of the time, those two handle the job just fine. However, occasionally, I need a third pet, and I use the Swamp Croaker.

Disgusting Oozling - Creeping Ooze, Expunge, Absorb, Absorb, rinse and repeat
Jade Oozling - same line up
Swamp Croaker - Croak, Frog Kiss

Against and you have again the opportunity a pet to leveling fast. But again there is a small limitation. The leveling pet should have around 500 HP.

My choosen team

維希度斯淤泥怪 - 強酸之觸, 毒液噴射 and 蔓延軟泥
春兔 - 亂舞, 閃躲 and 鑽地
Levelpet (500 hp)

I start with 維希度斯淤泥怪 and 特斯 gets all the dot's of my 維希度斯淤泥怪.

1. 強酸之觸
2. 蔓延軟泥
3. 毒液噴射
etc. untill is dead. after joined the fight
4. 強酸之觸
5. 蔓延軟泥
and, if necessary, if the is still alive
6. 毒液噴射
But here at least should be dead, and we change to the lv pet, which is immediately to switch with
7. 閃躲
8. 亂舞
9. 鑽地
10. 亂舞
11. 閃躲
12. 亂舞

In 50% of cases the fight is finished already in round 10.

Two-manned with an Emperor Crab (Surge, Renewing Mists, Whirlpool) and Bile Toad (Water Jet, Cleansing Rain, ).

Tirs will set up Cleansing Rain for the Emperor Crab; cast Cleansing Mists > Whirlpool > spam Surge in between to kill Tirs. I do it that way round because it leaves a Whirlpool up for Fiero after Tirs dies.
Fiero will kill the Crab at some point. Swap in the Bile Toad and spam Water Jet until Cleansing Rain wears off. I didn't even need to recast it.
My third pet was a Rapana Whelk with Absorb, Shell Shield and Dive, just in case I ended up having to attrition it out.

I just soloed these two with a Shore Crab - Whirlpool, Renewing Mists, Surge. :) Just keeping that rotation up, also had a lucky crit so the first one died pretty fast.

I Found a pretty easily got Mudback Calf (2,1,2), Blue H/P Level 25, could take down this team by himself.
Sometimes he'll kill both, sometimes you'll need a second pet (Pandaren Water Spirit is ace), but still leaves room for a Leveling carry pet.

Open on Tiers, Just Water Jet 4 times in a row, Tiers will die.
Use Headbutt 1st round vs Fiero, If it stuns, follow up with Takedown, then Water Jet till dead.
If It fails to stun, just Water Jet till you die.

If the calf dies or you want to put in a leveling pet (About lvl 8 minimum, YMMV) Switch in any Dot class, I used Pandaren Water Spirit:
Whirlpool
Geyser,
Then Water Jet IF I think Fiero will survive it, then just before Whirpool and Geyser hit, switch in your levelling pet to claim the kill.
-Or even better I often find The Water Spirit dies just befor WP and Geyser hit- meaning your carry pet gets all the XP without the risk of battling at all.

If You don't have a Pandaren Water Spirit any pet with a DoT like Doom or Whirlpool will allow you to level a 3rd pet, or instead just switch in any pet with aquatic abilities to quickly finish of Fiero.

Fought 特斯, then 猛火 with 2x 恆光水黽 that have SPEED greater than 300 that always go FIRST!, and won almost every time*:
122 - 噴水淨化之雨充水
112 - 噴水治療波充水

*Periodicaly 特斯 hit hard on first set of 充水 and kill 1st 恆光水黽, so forfeit and heal/redo, or have 3rd 恆光水黽 =^.^=

Basically, ~~First 恆光水黽 will cast 淨化之雨 that will last 9 rounds and cause~~ each set of 2x 充水 to hit 1300+ and finish each round in two strikes!

Edit: As Solitha commented, Since 特斯 will cast 淨化之雨 as its first pet ability, right after your first pet ability (because 恆光水黽 always go first), then you don't have to bother with 淨化之雨, and juat 充水 all the way.

1st battle, 特斯, 1st 恆光水黽:
~~淨化之雨~~
充水
充水 Hit ~1334
充水
充水 Hit ~1334 > 特斯 dead!

噴水 *Still alive so hit once and die (or twice if lucky and still alive, dealing 1000+ and bringing 猛火 to ~1000 health)

I was able to beat Tirs & Fiero with 100% reliability using the following team:

Emperor Crab (level 23, poor)

All you have to do is use Whirlpool and Rip -> Blood in the Water on cooldown filling in with the other strong abilities while cooldowns reset. A Dive toward the end buys you a round for your last Whirlpool to land.

Tirs and Fiero:
1. Viscidus Globule: Acid Touch, Any, Creeping Ooze
2. Spirit Crab: Amplify Magic, Whirlpool, Rot
3. Any / Not Needed

Start with Viscidus Globule:
-Use Creeping Ooze
-Use Acid Touch
-Use Creeping Ooze until Tirs is dead
-Use Creeping Ooze on Fiero
-Use Acid Touch
-Use Creeping Ooze, if possible, until Globule is dead
Swap to Spirit Crab:
-Use Whirlpool
-Use Amplify Magic
-Use Rot

Probably not the best way to take Tirs and Fiero down.. but worked for me.

1:10 per battle using 紫色河豚, Dancing Water Skimmer

Starting with 紫色河豚
Round 1- Whirlpool
Round 2- Surge
Round 3- Surge
Round 4- Surge
Tirs down
Round 5- Whirlpool
*Bring out Dancing Water Skimmer once Purple Puffer dies.
Round 6- Pump
Round 7- Pump
Round 8- Water Jet
-Fiero Down-

Works very well with the Tanaan Pet Combo

As a third pet you can pick anything that's good against elemental (but most of the time you won't need it)

The start is typical:

猛火 gets switched in
力量奔騰
克羅米尼斯 should die (if not, start at 噴泉)
switch 熊貓人水靈 in
漩渦
噴水 till 猛火 dies

Sometimes, on rare crit lucks, your 熊貓人水靈 will die too. Then switch your third pet in and finish him.

Round 1: PWS: Geyser
Round 2: PWS: Whirlpool
Round 3: PWS: Water Jet (if PWS dies by random crit, restart)
Round 4: PWS: Water Jet
Round 5: PWS: Water Jet (Tirs dies, Fiero comes out)
Round 6: PWS: Whirlpool

From here on if PWS survived, use Water Jet until he dies and then switch to Crab

2 pets technique

For this fight I used The "crocodiles" brothers. 恰克污息凸牙

Go with 2 of them with 1-2-2 ( 撕扯 and 水中之血 ) are the needed abilities

VS 特斯
He will go first with 酸雨
1- 撕扯
2- 水中之血
3- spam 2 or 3 噴水 until 特斯 dies

猛火 Comes up.
1- 撕扯 right when 猛火 comes on field
猛火 cast 災變 and kill your first croc
2- 水中之血 If you had the time to cast 撕扯 before your first crocodile died
3- spam 噴水

GG

Sometimes 猛火 Miss is 災變 giving more time for your first crocodile to do dmg.

Here is my faster / effective / quickest / speedily / rapidly and easiest tactical without RNG:

Tirs & Fiero -->50 seconds
污息 1/1/2 + 小海獅豹 1/2/2

If you can be faster than me, please tell me but be honest and minimizing the RNG, time is calculated from the first spell I used untill the end-animation :)

One of the fights hit hard with the XP nerf bat. My level 24 "carry" pet only received 40 XP (no treat or hat buffs), despite staying the the fight to attack twice.
