What is it good for?

Pet Battles - it allows you to battle elite pets for rewards. Also lets 5 of your pets roam your Garrison

Costs and Blueprints

Preset Building Upgrade Costs: Level 2 is 0 要塞資源 and , Level 3 is 0 要塞資源 and

Preset building Level 1 blueprints require a short quest. The Menagerie can only be placed on a level 3 Garrison.

The level 2 versions of these blueprints can be purchased for from 斯帕茲‧箭擊/雷茲拉克.

Level 3 blueprints also cost , require you to be level 100 and to complete a special achievement before they can be purchased from 斯帕茲‧箭擊/雷茲拉克.

What does it offer?Menagerie

Level 1: Attracts elite pets you can battle for rewards. Also lets 5 of your battle pets hang out in your garrison.

Level 2: Increases your trap chance and reduces the cooldown of Revive Battle Pets while in Draenor. Up to 10 of your pets can now hang out in your garrison.

Level 3: Unlocks a pet battle daily with unique pet rewards.

I wish the Pet Menagerie was an optional component to the garrison, not mandatory, and certainly NOT mandatory for completing overall garrison achievements.

Not everyone does Pet Battles, in fact I would wager the majority of players don't do pet battles.

Shame on you Blizzard for stuffing this down our throats.

Pets don't actually start wandering around your garrison until you upgrade to level two, at level one a random selection of your favorite pets (5) will hang around your Menagerie.

for those looking, level 2 is obtained from the blueprint vendor in your garrison, costs 1000g for the print, then 50 resources and an extra 300g and takes 1 hr.

Anybody know if you can repeat the dailies on multiple toons for pet charms? Is there any benefit to having more than one toon with a leveled menagerie? Thanks

I'd love to see a breeding option coming.

They could even respect Mendel's laws for breed and rareness. Dominance, H/P/S increasing with age, 'junior pet battles' for the little ones... the more I think about it, the more excited I become ^^

A slight typo,

Under the paragraph, What does it offer?
At the beginning of the second bulleted line, I believe you forgot add "Level 2" here.

Then at the beginning of the next bulleted line you forgot to add, "Level 3".

I'm looking for a way to get rid of the menagerie. I'm not into pet battles. I'm not interested in getting into them. I could better use the space for something I am into.

Can anyone guess the probability that there will be something cooler coming we can buy with Pet Charms?

It's not hard to accumulate them fast and I'm finding myself getting lazy and leveling my captured 25s (captured at 22-23) to 25 by snagging leveling charms.

I'm going to kick myself if they have some unique pet with like 1k charms when I'm burning them casually.

... for the record I'm only at garrision level 2 until I get some gold to upgrade. Yes, I'm perpetually poor. Maybe something cool happens with level 3.

Thanks for the guide, even as a seasoned battler I've learned a few things. And here's a suggestion: since you're mentioning power-levelling which is a very important function of the menagerie (at least until 6.1), maybe it would be worthwhile to include that the amount of pet xp scales with the number of opponents? As far as I'm concerned, only 3-pet challenge are worthwhile for power-levelling, and 2-pet challenges are good to get that last bit of xp on level 24 pets with 80% xp on their bar.

For any of the legendary pets, use a team of npc=71163, npc=66950, and then npc=68662.

Use the standard damage ability with the valkyr. On the turn you know it will die, use unholy ascension. Unnecessary, but why not use it.

Now the important combo.
Turn 1: Use petability=218 on the bonus turn.
Turn 2: Pull out the water spirit, use petability=418.
Turn 3: petability=513
Turn 4: Swap to chrominius
Turn 5: petability=593
Turn 6: Last turn should have won the fight, and if not it stunned them... Still need more damage? petability=593

This should work for every legendary in the menagerie (maybe not stitches, depends on if you get lucky), and almost every legendary in the game.

So I just built a lvl 3 Menagerie, and i cant seem to find this new daily "Unlocks a pet battle daily with unique pet rewards." can some one please explain why I didn't get a second pet battle daily....

Once one have favorited serval pets at menagerie tier 2 or 3, these pets just follow a walking around script or if the player comes their way they got a script to follow the player inside the garrison.
sadly they do not behave naturely by their own scripts of idle animations or interactivities with other critter/pets as they would normally do! some pets fear or eat critters for example, would love to see them doing their thing in my garrision.

Could you add to this guide where/how to get those special little pets to hang out in the menagerie? Like Peckers the Majestic and Rooter the Ravenous? I don't know if the Tillers dog from MoP follows menagerie or some other buildings, but that could be another example.

Is there any reason my pets are getting so very little xp when battling in the menagerie? For example: I battled Brutus/Rukus using the 2 pet strategy laid out by Timain with a lvl 13 carry pet. The level 25s both died, as planned - and my level 13 got a whopping 82 xp. Is that normal?

Maybe you should update the list of items of things you can purchase for the pet charms, from 蓋亞達‧金鏈 or 緹菲‧阱簧? Now there's a bunch of pets and toys to buy.

I have a lvl 3 garrison and everything else is open but there is no quest from Lio the Lioness. How am I supposed to open my Menagerie If she wont supply the quest to me. I have not had this issue on any of my other 19 lvl 100's. This is a separate account, my pets are not maxed out, could this be the issue. Do I need atleast 1 max lvl pet to have the menagerie become available to me?

Just to add a note since there's some comments that say otherwise: It is no longer possible to do the daily quests on multiple accounts on the same day. Blizzard 'fixed' this with Legion.

Maybe a note can be added to "What is it good for?" section of the guide to say it's only worth having a level 3 Menagerie on one account? To help people avoid spending extra money if it's not useful (like I did!).

If you are a brand new player and have not played before...or you just didn't do pet battles then in order to have Fiona offer the very first quest even after a level 3 garrison....you have to head to Stormwind. Find the pet tamer Audrey Burnhep at (69.4, 25.8) and talk to her. Buy the battle training for 6 copper and then go back to your garrison. Now Fiona should have your quest.
