no mater who tagged the rare it will give loot to everyone so DO NOT leave.

if you cant loot it there are 2 ways to get the loot:

log out and back in
go away from the rare until it phases out and then return

if it says "there is no loot' repeat the second way but stay away for a few minutes. dont worry the coprse wont despawn until everyone who killed it gets their loot from it

This Rare Elite can be accessible during Stage 4, after players gained control of the Thunder Forge. He is to the south of the Forge and is standing by a prized Mogu hammer (54.4, 35.8).

This guy was a pretty easy solo as a rogue. As far as I can tell besides his fast, but light melee swings (hitting me for an average of about 8k a swing with spikes of about 13k), his only real ability is 空鑄鐵錘 that he casts periodically. The duration is short enough that one good kidney shot took up most if not all of its uptime. Outside of being cautious and using 戰鬥就緒 near the end of the fight I didn't bother with any form of defensive cooldowns and he never managed to get me below 50% HP. I probably would have done even better if I had used recuperate with the occasional shiv to keep my health up, but I didn't feel like he was going to kill me so I didn't bother.

Edit: He also casts Stormbolt on targets outside of his melee range.

For the easiest solo of your life, pay Fleshcrafter Hoku a visit.

He is the quest mob near Lu-Ban.
Fleshcrafter Hoku will occasionally stun you and spawn 3 slow moving blood adds.
For each one of these you kill you will gain a 10% damage buff that lasts around 40 seconds.

The bloods move slowly towards Hoku, don't kill them too quickly.
If you kill them too fast the buff will wear off before the next round of them spawns.

I let the buff stack to 90%, killed Hoku, then ran over to Lu-Ban with about 25 seconds left on the 90% damage buff.

Blew all my cooldowns and the fight with Lu-Ban lasted about 20 seconds.

Sure beats kitting him around waiting for Skyforged Hammers to fade.

Easily soloable as any hunter. Just clear trash around him then attack him by sending in your pet. Stay behind one of the pillars and heal your pet/attack Lu-Ban in between his casting of ranged attacks.

For any class that has a tanking pet or minion, (hunter, caster) this is a stupidly easy fight. No need to run hiding behind pillars. Send in your pet, with aggro on. Run in with your pet and stand directly BEHIND Lu-Ban. Keep your minion / pet healed, stay close, less than 15 feet away (duh) and alternate dps / pet heals / self heals on a warlock because healing your minion costs you life.

I'm a destro warlock, gear is ilev 483 average. So I just kept healing my minion, rain of fire and dots, and instant casts to build embers. Healed pet, used ember tap to self heal, and just kept going like that. I never got hit by anything from the NPC. I didn't even bother clearing the trash, I just did the entire fight in the little alcove where his anvil is.

No need to run around, no need to hide, just keep your pet / minion and self healed and toss in some dps when you get the chance. Easy fight if you do it this way.

He's pretty easy to solo, just try not to get hit by his Skyforged Hammers , and you'll be fine

I just solo´ed 魯班 as an ilvl 480 shadow priest.

First I killed all mobs surrounding the mob so I would have a bit of room.

Basic idea of this fight is kiting him when 空鑄鐵錘 is up, but not too far that he will cast 風暴之箭. Note that 空鑄鐵錘 has a cast time so you can get some distance between yourself and 魯班.

The fight basically reminded me of 2vs2 arena - basically pillar hugging if 空鑄鐵錘 is up. You will notice the pillars left and right of him. I just ran a 8 around both pillars.

Just solo'ed as a ilvl 517 Enha Shammy.

Just pop BL and watch his HP vanish.

I would say the drop rates on wowhead for 密封的失落軍團秘典 are skewed because it takes account for the other 9 classes that can't loot it when wowhead data is uploaded.

If it were warlocks only I would say the drop rate would be closer to the 4-5%.(due to weight of warlocks farming for tomes)

As mention in previous posts, you can loot more than one 衫織儀式石 a week by looting bosses with auto loot off and forcing the drops to be sent to your mailbox. This can be done an unlimited amount of times as long as you never physically loot a 衫織儀式石 from a rare or chest. Summonable bosses can also be looted mutiple times a week for those interested in farming the epic weapon drops for transmog.
