I made a weakaura for the mechagon rares which automatically creates waypoints when they spawn: https://wago.io/HB29dQYlW

It will also show the loot they can drop (according to wowhead loot drops)

It won't show for rares you're already locked to that day and requires the TomTom addon.

You can disable/enable most of the text in the custom options.

Get 藍圖：鏽栓冰酒器 with drop chance from 海唾仔.

Learn the blueprint at 帕斯卡K1N6型 to receive it in your list.

The item is single use / learn / build only (!) and gives you the quest 藍圖：鏽栓冰酒器. Receive 500 Reputation (550 Humans) at the Rustbold Resistance.

After turning in, the blueprint is deleted from your blueprint-list.

Same same with item 藍圖：鏽栓留聲機 / 鏽栓留聲機.
