I will explain the abilities that don't give information in a simple way

Each bodyguard can use evading techniques and loss of aggro spells at the same time as the player, such as 潛行, 假死, 隱形術 or 強效隱形

Learn 雙重削切 at rank 1. Inflict damage to enemies in 1.5 yards in front of the Bladesman
Learn 治療膏藥 at rank 1. Heal 30% of the player's total hp and increase the bodyguard threath generation for 10 seconds
Learn 戰鬥吶喊 at rank 3
Learn 潮刃 at rank 6. Inflict damage to enemies in 5 yards in front of the Bladesman and reduce their armor by 30 %
Learn 贊季爾招架盾 at rank 8
Learn 安寇恩詠歌 at rank 10. Heal 2% per second for the duration of the buff
Learn 漸癒裹布 at rank 12. Heal 40% of the player's total hp and increase the bodyguard threath generation for 15 seconds
Learn 浪動連舞 at rank 15. Each autoattack and ability that cause an attack (usually melee classes) cause the bodyguard to land an hit
Learn 格拉爾的祝福 at rank 18

Good for dualwield classes

There seems to be an internal 1min30 to 2min cooldown on the Wavedancing.

You get a pet when Inowari reaches level 20

Each of the Nazjatar followers on Horde and Alliance grants an item once they reach level 20. There is one Toy, one Mount and one Pet.
The important thing to note is that both the Mount and Toy are two-in-one; essentially, reaching level 20 on one faction's follower and learning the Mount/Toy will grant the opposite faction's Mount/Toy also! Of course, you can only use the Mount/Toy associated with your character's faction.

The above is not true with regards to the Pet. You have to level the appropriate follower on the opposite faction to level 20 in order to obtain the other Pet.

These pets are NOT CAGEABLE, so levelling a follower is the only way to get them.
If you are leveling the opposite faction's follower solely for the pet, you should be leveling 波恩‧括鰭 (Horde)/劍客伊野斬 (Alliance)
While you can obtain these pets only with the appropriate faction, you can use them (once learned) on both factions.
