Is Shadowclaw, and Grimhorn only for horde? as they both have a silver ring around their name, are there equivalents for Allys?

As Alliance, I killed some other (star/silverframe elite) near Grimhorn. Grimhorn is friendly to me and sits at half hitpoints.

The hunter 克魯茲‧血怒 seems to be the equivalent on my side to takedown.

As I was on a mage at the time, I can't say if healing Grimhorn works any.
