Rewards from the Darkshore Warfront

IntroductionLoot and Resets

Your faction's World Boss will grant loot roughly once per month, as it does not spawn when the enemy has Warfronts control.

Rares will "reset" and be able to be looted again once your faction takes control of Darkshore.

關於傳聲盒的煩惱 - Repair 4 Buzzboxes in Darkshore.
掃興 - Destroy 4 Buzzboxes in Darkshore.

Both these quests reference the different buzzboxes spread around Darkshore, used by the gnomes stationed around the zone to analyze the data of certain creatures (like in 傳聲盒413號). Unlike its previous versions, there are only 4 Buzzboxes around Darkshore, instead of the usual 5 Buzzboxes.

This quest, in both its incarnations, award 200 戰爭物資 and 5 Service Medals.

汲取力量/汲取破口 - Defeat 20 Twilight elementalists in Darkshore.

Both these quests require you to kill 20 Twilight Casters scattered around Darkshore. They can be found on the elemental areas of the zone, around the Maw of the Void, the Eye of the Vortex and the cave nearby, and the Burning Strand.

This quest, in both its incarnations, award 300 Azerite and 5 Service Medals.

I'm curious about why the frigthened kodo isn't listed in this guide but it's currently in-game

If i were to take a guess the kodo rare it's probably running around forest area but haven't found him yet

so dumb question... If you did not do the final part of the darkshore questline PRE BFA for war of thorns it should not mess with what rares you have access to over in Darkshore yea? Cause some of the rares going to where the markers were and they were not even up or spawned.... Hmm..

Great guide for finding the rares but the list of drops seems to be a bit outdated from what actually went live today.
No Kodo rare(or mount) to be found, Athil Dewfire drops a pet not listed here, One potential pet drops as an egg with a 5 day duration before opening.

Obviously I haven't killed enough rares to get all the drops but those are a few that are incorrect currently that I can confirm.

so as of 12/22, Ivus bonus loot is still bugged since the hotfix to address the first loot bug people were exploiting. response to a ticket about this 2 days ago was:

I'm here to check in with you about not being able to Bonus Roll for Ivus >.< I can definitely get how this can get a little discouraging since it becomes a missed opportunity at additional loot.

We received a ton of reports on this, and I can confirm that this was due to a bug that had to be worked on manually by out developers. As a player myself I understand how frustrating bugs like that can be especially when they affect something a tough as the gear grind.

While I wish we couldget mor ehands on here, there's not a way to get a bonus window for Ivus to pop or generate a loot table for that kill. And, just as a heads up, we're not able to generate and potential rewards that would have come from a roll.

The good news is that due to the magnitude of this bug, a fix will be implemented sooner rather than later to keep this from happening in the future.

We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us as well as your invested time and underderstanding! It was a pleasure to follow-up and I hope you have a great rest of your week, despite these circumstances. Stay and take care!

OK, so once I completed the scenario and the first day's quests, subsequent days indicated regular mobs drop coin, some azerite, and one 7th Legion Service Medal; nothing else. Scattered elites, whether indicated on the map or not, don't drop anything for me.
Am I missing something here?

As of 12/31/18, this warfront is bugged again. Maiev won't give the text to start combat with Sira.

Skeptical that these drop % for mounts are accurate , 12 kills on horde and alliance and no saber mount.

Just received Wardenguard's Wristguards from Madfeather, So the rares described above as does "not have any catalogued special drops" are worth doing for the gear.

Does anyone know if all of these mounts still obtainable? It seems that with 9.0.1 several of these humanoids have lost their rare elite status.

how to unlock warfronts in BFA in world of warcraft dragonflight 10.2.5 on "alt" character that never played BFA content

this is for the alliance
you start in stormwind by the message board and there is a npc next to it who has a qeust "battle for azeroth: tides of war" put at the "tracking"abbillty" above the minimap the option trivial quest on then you can see the quest
you then go to stormwind keep to attent a war council
go true that and then to the harbor in stormwind talk to jaina and click the option i have heard this tale before the option should be there because your doing this on a alt and then you need to go true to some intro quest in boralus
when you reach cyrus crestfall listing to his story and then you take the qeust santum of the sages from taelia complete that
get the ferry pass from cyrus
take the quest from taelia click the map on the wall then complete the qeust and you should have "come sail away achiev" you have gone true the intro of kul tiras
then you need the heart of azeroth
talk to Earthen Guardians next to the inn in boralus and pick up the qeust a dying world
If the Earthen Guardians isnt offering you this quest - make sure you've completed the DF intro quest To The Dragon Isles (questline starts with Wrathion - The Dragon Isles Await).

this is optional but i worked for me: when you are on the qeustchain to the intro of the dragon isles at one time you have to go the harbor in stormwind and hand in the "the call of the isles" and wait for the boat the take you there
but you dont have to wait for the boat you can just hand in the qeust at that npc go in the mage tower and true the portal to the dragon isles and then fly to the waking shores at /way 82.11. 31.78 and there you can hand in the qeust "to the dragon isles!"
and then head back to boralus and the Earthen Guardian is having the quest now to start getting the heart of azeroth

do a few qeust till you get the heart of azeroth and the achiev "have a heart"
do the follow up qeust "infusing the heart" hand that in and get back to boralus
on the ship where the mission table is you talk to "halford wyrmbane" and he should have the qeust "uniting kultiras" complete that
now you unlocked world qeust in BFA
and now you should be good to go on entering the warfronts and when the portals are up you can go and kill all the rares there for all the goodies( mounts, pets, toys)
