Wowhead is proud to launch our new Battle for Azeroth Pre-Patch Class Guides! Our guide writers have been working hard for months, playing in both Alpha and Beta, to acquire and test the best class knowledge for you. With the 8.0 pre-patch on July 17th, the first installment of our BFA guides is now live with the Pre-Patch Class Guides.
Legion was a special expansion for Wowhead and guides. We
revamped our guide homepages
, added
guide highlights to search results
, and updated dozens on a weekly basis with all the fast Legion patches! We saw tons of growth to our guide sections, notably to classes as we continued to add class-related guides such as the
Mage Tower Challenges
, Best Leveling Specs,
Mythic+, and Arena PvP
.
These BFA class guides contain everything you need to know to be prepared to the Battle for Azeroth Pre-Patch that is coming
July 17th
. Inspired by how much you all embraced the Mage Tower Guides, we are starting off BFA with an increased level of detail over our Legion guides, along with a few new sections. This new wave of class guides contain updated details on core information from the Legion guides, like rotation and talent builds in the wake of removed Artifact Traits, plus two new pages:
Adapting to the Pre-Patch
and
Glossary
.
Make sure you don't just visit the page explaining the pre-patch!
All guide pages have been updated, including Rotations and Talents.

There will be even more information coming later on, in time for Battle for Azeroth launch and raid releases, so keep coming back to check for updates.
