I'm surprised you didn't follow up with this math:

Rain Poppy, Green Tea Leaf, Silkweed, Snow Lily, Desecrated Herb: avg 10 shadow pigment per stack, ~1.1 misty pigment per stack.

Fool's Cap: avg 12 shadow pigment per stack, 2 misty pigment per stack.

Golden Lotus is not millable as of MoP launch.

綠茶葉 (1146 millings) - average result per destroy : 暗影顏料 x 2,47 ; 迷霧顏料 x 0,27
絲草 (412 millings) - average result per destroy : 暗影顏料 x 2,51 ; 迷霧顏料 x 0,28
雨罌粟 (332 millings) - average result per destroy : 暗影顏料 x 2,52 ; 迷霧顏料 x 0,28
雪百合 (329 millings) - average result per destroy : 暗影顏料 x 2,51 ; 迷霧顏料 x 0,27

被污染的草藥 (23 millings) - average result per destroy : 暗影顏料 x 2,35 ; 迷霧顏料 x 0,30

丑帽菇 (46 millings) - average result per destroy : 暗影顏料 x 3,11 ; 迷霧顏料 x 0,59

Please note: Any results with less than 250 millings are not accurate. I'll try to edit when I've milled some more.

TL;DR - confirmed: per milling of any Mists of Pandaria herb (exception 丑帽菇) you'll get an average 2,50 暗影顏料 and 0,25 迷霧顏料.
