Upperdeck Entertainment (UDE) have released a statement that this tabard as well as the will be available for purchase from September 1st 2008. This will make a total of 5 epic tabards available from the UDE points store. The cost in UDE points will be 2000, the same as the existing .

How much would I expect to pay for one off eBay or similar?
According to http://www.wowtcgloot.com/tabard_of_fury.htm (most information sourced from there), the average price for the is around $10USD.

Keep in mind that the Tabard Vendor does not restore Tabards obtained through the Redemption system (of TCG).You'll have to ticket Customer Support if you wish for them to be restored after you've deleted them.

Just to make a note about the Amazon Prime give-a-way. When I redeemed mine, it did not show up in my mail, it was not a "gift" option in the B.net app and there was nothing in my wardrobe to open, it just simply showed up in my tabards without any notification. Usually you get something with mounts and pets that you click to open or the launcher will notify you, but this did not. Just want to pass this info along to others if you're waiting and it doesn't show up, it just drops into your tabards.
