So as others have commented the Brewfest items are NOT transmoggable
However, if you have excess tokens you may want to buy them anyway with the new transmog features coming in Legion expansion.

Seems there is a transmog bug (at least hoping so). With the new ability to transmog seasonal items, I "assumed" like any other gear, all toons would learn. Bought this, purple hat, and slippers on priest who does show as learned; however, warlock does not show as learned/available. Ticket sent and awaiting response.

Update: GM response (pertinent section only):

"Checking into this, we've had a few reports of these items not being added to the wardrobe. While Customer Support is not able to directly affect the game's mechanics, I'll be sending this up on my end. You can help us out by showing the QA Team how this has been effecting your game experience through a bug report in-game or on our community forums."

I so so so wish this was a cosmetic usable by any class. I would love my rogue to be able to use this for transmog. Cloth wearers aren't the only ones who want to dress up in stuff like this! 🍻
