Like the other permanent augment runes before, get ready for it to actually be usable from level 70 to 79 again.
Do not waste your gold on it too late into the patch unless they very clearly plan on making it usable at level cap next expac
with current's augment prices it might be worth getting quickly into the tier tho (depending on the actually price after unlock)

Like with past expansions, this is a permanent version of 龍族增強符文.

This requires Renown 18 with the 夢境守望者 faction to unlock the ability to buy this from 月之祭司拉薩拉, for 100k gold.

This appears to be an account unlock once hitting R18, but each character will still have to spend the 100k to purchase one.

Well hopefully the price will go down. 100k for a 1 hr buff, raids usually last 3 hrs (at least mine do), and for 6 runes (600k) a week? Sheesh, that's like buying 3 WoW tokens ($60). It seems like a money dump for us, and gain for them....

Anyone know if this will have a level cap like the Eternal Augment Rune did? Chapped my hide the Eternal Augment Rune did NOT have a level cap on the tooltip. It was only when turning 70 that one could not longer use it and THEN the tooltip said "Requires level 69 or below." Of course Dreambound Augment Rune does not have a level cap on the tooltip, just like the Eternal didn't. Is it worth 100,000G for levels 70 - 79? If it truly is permanent, like the Repurposed Fel Focuser or Oralius' Whispering Crystal I will probably go for it, but I don't trust the WoW God trickery.

I don't think that is anywhere near justifying the price, or renown grind, for it.

Dear People at Blizzard,

While i do enjoy the augment runes you give us, the price every expansion is a bit insane to just turn around and vendor it because it is no longer good ( I mean, 100k to buy and what? 50-100g to sell). Here's an idea. Release the rune at the start of the expansion. We buy at a fair and no where near as rediculous price. As we progress thru the campaign ( and we all will whether we want to or not), the rune is continually enhanced/upgraded just like our gear. Then it doesn't feel as useless since we can use for the whole expansion instead the last 1-2 tiers. At least this way i wouldn't feel bad about dumping some gold to have for main and alts, but sheesh...i'm up to 500k for runes on toons i play all the time. It's a bit excessive. Makes changes but do good changes.

No. Way too expensive for anything other than the Mythic+ cases detailed above. That lets out
most of us and it will get nerfed like the SL was. To hell with that. You would think Blizzard would
have learned from the people pissed off about the SL perma-rune. Instead they doubled down.

Whoever set the price of this item from Blizzard's side most likely did it in spite and hate towards players. I cannot find any logical explanation as to why this is so expensive besides some dev being utterly bitter.

Almost bought it just now. Goofed and spent a token on the wrong account and can't sent the gold to the toon I wanted to...which made me look further to see this isn't account bound. NOPE....not wasting the gold on this now.

200-300k for the legendary and 100 for this. I mean how are regular players even supposed to dream of affording this? The only ppl who can afford this are the casuals who spend so much time farming, the AH connoisseurs or the boosters.

So err... it's probably an oversight (and will be nerfed...), but surprisingly it seems this actually still works in TWW at lvl 80 :O

Normally these reusable runes become unusable 1lvl before the new maximum level in a new expansion (which really sucks frankly).

Hopefully it stays this way, as it's just a little boost to use when you otherwise wouldn't (or when you couldn't afford the crazy high prices of the new stuff)

EDIT: Note, I'm not specifically suggesting anyone should buy this now, 100k is still overpriced for a minimal buff. But it's just nice that those of us who did buy them in DF get to still use them for a bit longer :)

I really wish they'd turn all of these reusable augment runes into TOYS, so that alts could use them too...

You just never know. They screw us constantly.
The Fel Focuser still is working, but they have killed these items in the past.

If you have the Ethereal Augment Rune, you can't use both (whichever you use second will "overwrite" the buff of the one you used first), so if you have both, you can probably vendor the Dreambound one.
