Combining the items will consume them and allow you to see and interact with grappling hooks throughout the instance.

Took a while to find where to actually use this thing. There are little black cone-tip spikes (like the between-boss portcullis bottoms, but turned so the point is up) that you can use as grappling points.

I'm only putting the Pages in this list that require the Grappling Hook. I'm putting the non-hook ones in my comment on the 害維爾海姆失業 page.

Construct Quarter:

The first one (progressing through) I've found is in Grobbulus' room. When you get up to the top platform, turn to face the room at large and look at the lip running along the length of the room. There's a hook off to the right, above and to the side of the ramps. You follow the lip around to one of the Lost Pages (歐瑪利安的手冊 - 第11頁和第12頁?).
There's one visible as you go from Grobbulus to Gluth, on a flat platform across from the walking pipe. It leads to one of the Lost Pages (歐瑪利安的手冊 - 第9頁和第10頁?).
There's a series of them leading from the pipe just before Gluth. Spot it to the left in the hole you can fall through, then turn around. Another page (歐瑪利安的手冊 - 第13頁和第14頁?) at the end of the grappling + jumping series.
Another series in Thaddius' room on the hanging platforms. You start the chain from the southwest (Stalagg's?) platform, up to the left on the platform jutting out from the wall. You can use either one, but you want to be on the westmost one. Then look for the hook to get over to a platform away from the wall. Then another platform adjacent to that one (still away from the wall) closer to the southern side of the room. Then turn around and look up into the weird green alcoves. There's a grapple point way up there. Leads to another page (歐瑪利安的手冊 - 第15頁和第16頁?).
Don't jump down after that one. I'm not sure if it's the intended way to get there, but you can run around the high-up ledge to get around to a few other hook spots up there and find your way to 札克特‧顱碎 in the most-eastern green alcove. Be very careful not to fall down into the cauldron-looking thing near where Thaddius waits, as it's an instant death just touching it. You can also follow turn around once you've passed the first turn, and if you find the right sweet spot you can launch over to the southern upper ledges, then from there grapple to the eastern ones near Zackett. Zackett's page has a comment with the info on how to wake him up.

If squeezing around and finding the sweet spots doesn't seem like a great time, it looks like one of the options is to jump down onto the platform just to the northeast of the cauldron from the ledge above. There is a series of grapples that leads you to a spot where you can look back up and grapple the alcoves above. It's not much easier though so it's hard to tell if that's the intent. It also doesn't appear to lead to any more Pages. Just to Zackett.

When you're in the space near Zackett, if you look all the way up to the top of the room on the southeast side, there's an extra pair of grapple points that may be able to help with getting good angles. But it doesn't seem to have anything it leads you to.

Arachnid Quarter:

Adding one from Strath's comment (credit to them!) so the list is more complete: After you enter Maexxna's room in Arachnid wing, turn around and the point is right above you. Follow the ledge around to find a Page (歐瑪利安的手冊 - 第7頁和第8頁).

Military Quarter:

Another point is in Razuvius' room, just before the ramp down to fight him, up on a small ledge. If you run allllllllll the way around back the way you came (eastward over the stables) there's another Lost Page (歐瑪利安的手冊 - 第29頁和第30頁?) at the end of the ledge. You can see the Page on the balcony as you're coming in. Interestingly, you can't follow the path around the other way (over Razuvius) as there's an invisible wall.
Credit again to Strath: Just after coming down from the ramp after Razuvius, there's a grapple point up on the ledge to the left. It can hide behind banners so it takes some looking. You'll need to follow the ledge a long way around the room until you're above the entrance of Gothik's, and you'll find a Page (歐瑪利安的手冊 - 第25頁和第26頁) there.

These notes about where to grapple to probably belong on the specific lost pages' pages, but I'm being lazy. If you can call it that...

Also, you can use the points while moving, so as long as the point is in LOS, a bad jump doesn't automatically mean you have to run all the way back around.

Spider wing:
only one I've found so far is in Maexxna's Nest. When you enter the room, walk forward a bit then face the entrance, Look up on the ledge, there is a grapple polnt. Walk around this circle and you'll find pages 7&8.

Military Wing:
Before razuvious, when facing the boss, turn around. There is a hook on that ledge, which will take you on the upper path back around to where you came into this room. More pages are there.
After razuvious, go in and to the left of the next room. Look on the ledge, you will find another hook. Follow the route to the entrance of the next room for more pages.

Plague Quarter - Can be found by dropping off the bridge to Loatheb and following the path all the way around til you reach Noth the Plaguebringer, it'll be on the platform he teleports to.

You must first use the item before any Grapple Points will appear. If you turn on 'Action Targeting', an interact gear will appear above any points you are looking at that are in range.

It says, This effect unlocks for all characters..

I got it on my paladin as I am saved to Naxx with my rogue(before i got the sewing kit) and I am unable to use the Hook on my Rogue.
Wth do they mean with Unlocks for all char? Am i reading that incorrect? I see no hooks, i use Auto targetting aswell.. hmm

EDIT: Nevermind, i'm dumb haha... You actually have to USE IT to have it "saved" xD

Please note that you will have to pick up Omarion's Second Handbook from the beginning of the Military Quarter and turn it in to Master Craftsman Omarion inside Light's Hope Chapel before the pages will appear inside Naxxramas. See Dusklight's excellent comment for more/better information.

came here looking but couldnt find the answer.

i created the grapple hook on my main. logged to alt and it works on them as well. you don't have to recraft the grapple hook (didn't drop on 2x alts).

For some reason unknown to me I cannot see the hooks anymore, even though I completed the quests and achievements and got to the secret trader, who is now standing in the center of Naxxramas. I wanted to try crafting the item again, but I cannot, as the parts are not there (tried on several characters). Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

Edit: not even killing Thaddius helped, and I did ran Naxx at 10 players, not 25

Edit 2: Nevermind, I got it working. Did not realize you had to kill bosses first to spawn the hooks in those specific rooms.

If you, like me, deleted your grappling hook on the character you got it from and now go insane trying to fish up a hook:

You can still use the grappling points after having crafted and deleted the grappling hook. The 3 items required to craft it won't drop anymore either.

Hope this saves someone some frustration :)
