To see these drop you need to have Argent Dawn Commission or Seal of the Dawn or Rune of the Dawn equipped.

You can turn in 20 of these at Argent Officer Garush at The Bulwark, at the border of Tirisfal Glades and Western Plaguelands (horde only) or Argent Officer Pureheart at Chillwind Camp in Western Plaguelands (alliance only) or Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff at Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands for 50 reputation with Argent Dawn and an Argent Dawn Valor Token which after use, gives 100 reputation.

If they're not dropping for you check your buffs.

I had the trinket on the buff wasn't on so they weren't dropping. Simply take it off and put the trinket back on.

As far as "I" understand it - These and the other ScourgeStones are worthless as of 4.0.3. (Even though you can go back and get the trinket for collecting them.)

For Argent Dawn rep there is (2) repeatable quests to do for it.

Deadguy behind Lights Hope chapel, in the graveyard gives (2) quests - 雷蒙德‧喬治領主

1: Scholomance - RattleGore - 畸形枯骨
2: Stratholme (Live) -By Instructor Galford - 白銀之手年鑑

Each quest seems to give 2k initially, and either 1k or 2k for each run after. (Repeatable as much as you want.)

You are still able to farm 能量消散的爪牙天譴石 , 能量消散的侵略者天譴石, 能量消散的墮落者天譴石 with your 銀色黎明委任徽章 , 黎明聖印 or 黎明符文 .

For 能量消散的爪牙天譴石 , farm the mobs in Corin's Crossing.
For 能量消散的侵略者天譴石 , farm the mobs in the Fungal Vale.
For 能量消散的墮落者天譴石 , you can either farm the old scourge rares in the Eastern Plaguelands or go Startholme, every Undead boss (Except for the Scarlet ones) drop one Scourgestone.

As of 10.1, these are still collectible if you have the Seal of the Dawn and/or Rune of the Dawn still. I love how the tooltip says "This has been removed from the game." Yet I'm still collecting it.

EDIT 1: So in 10.1.5 PTR, Minion's Scourgestone, Invader's Scourgestone, and Corruptor's Scourgestone are COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. They're grayed out and gained "Inert" at the beginning of their names. So if you're reading this and holding on to them, junk them or stick them in a bag in the bank and never look back.

EDIT 2: While running Stratholme with my Rune of Dawn equipped, didn't see any Inert Scourgestones drop. Apparently, in the upcoming patch, Scourgestones are completely removed as drops. So anyone who has Inert Minion's Scourgestone, Inert Invader's Scourgestone, and/or Inert Corrupted Scourgestone in their bags, put them in the bank and forget about them unless you want to delete them. I'm keeping mine to look back upon.
