Clever. The name comes from having to leap up the spears to get to the chest. Blizzard is silly.

The BEST way to do this is to use a mount...

Back up the hill a little ways and then get a running start - jump. You'll land right about the edge of the last spear near the ledge and should be able to jump one more time up onto the ledge to get the boots.

Kinda tricky - might have to do it a couple times.
Near impossible without a mount...

I just found a 526 version of these that is epic....strange? I stumbled upon them when I dropped down from the mountain behind it. I guess I missed the jumping game part of this one.

I've run 7 alts through FFR so far and the best way I've found to hop the spears is with a mammoth mount.

Just get on the first spear and spam your spacebar. His fat butt will hop right up there in no time.

Just go up the cliff on the opposite side from the boots and jump across and down using a bought Goblin Glider kit that anyone can now use without having to be an engineer:)
