It's surely the best alternative if you don't have tailoring or don't want to use the AH (that will sell any of these quite expensive). Overall I found it the best way to get all the materials needed while leveling Enchantings, as well as get you some gold.

You need to do the following quests to unlock these from the vendor:

This has been a huge moneymaker for me for a pretty long time now. I get about 10g from disenchanting each item. Everything seems fine, but your macro seems somewhat overlycomplicated since following simple macro does the trick (make sure you have autoloot turned on):

/cast Disenchant
/use Krom'gar Legionnaire's Linen Bracers
