This is one of the new Class Order Hall sets coming in Legion. These sets require level 110 to equip. Unlike many armor sets in recent expansions, this set has 8 pieces with unique set bonuses for 2, 4, 6, and all 8 pieces. This is reminiscent of the earliest armor sets from Vanilla (e.g. 獸王護甲).

Many of these sets are recolours/variants of the Mists of Pandaria Challenge Mode armor sets.
As per current information, these sets can be upgraded to a maximum of 840. Note that these are entry-level sets, and are distinct from Tier 19 sets (which are ilvl 850 at Normal difficulty, and 835 at LFR difficulty).

There is an achievement for earning all 8 pieces of your Class Order Hall set - 職業勁裝.

Each piece/upgrade item is obtained in a distinct way; some are granted via quests, while others are unlocked and must be purchased from your Order Hall Quartermaster. All pieces are available from your Quartermaster for repurchase if you happen to get rid of them at some point, for the cost of 500 gold.
The item level of different pieces varies; what follows is a summary of all armor pieces and upgrade items.

Notes:

The upgrade items available from your Quartermaster are exclusive to your classes armor set, and cannot be used on other armor.
To upgrade your full set to 840+ will require a total of 29,000 大廳資源, based on current values
