It looks like if someone else just collected the page, you still can pick it up, just like flowers
After you collect them, you can sell them for 10 gold each

In order to fly in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands patch 9.2's new location of Zereth Mortis, you will have to complete 6 achievements to get this meta achievement achievement titled 解鎖秘密.

The six achievements are:
1. 探索澤瑞斯莫提斯 - self explanatory, uncover the map

Hey, FYI, my friend just got this achievement, but he was stuck on the ground despite relogging, his wyvern mount was running on the ground. Zoning to Oribos and back fixed it for him

for those considering doing the slogfest grind of shadowlands content for mogs, this achievement took me around 6 hours from start to finish (after unlocking the zone)

In case it matters to anyone who took a break or skipped Shadowlands. This took me roughly 24 hours. About 12 hours for the covenant campaign to complete and 12 hours for this. The worst part was catching rares in time. I did take my time and read the quests and look around. If you don't care about lore or plan to do a slower playthrough once flying is unlocked - it would be much faster. I needed guides because it lets you accept quests out of order and nothing makes sense for which quests are tied to which without one. Good luck!
