Located on top of the mountain at /way #1970 66.9 69.4. This treasure only shows up when the world quest 蛙蛙 is also up, but there is also a shared respawn timer after someone uses. Using the 跳動原蟾 from the world quest, you can easily leap up the mountain side to this location.

It contains 結構圖：原型跳躍者 as well as the usual one-time treasure items. If you don't have Protoform Synthesis for mounts unlocked, then you will not get the schematic. After unlocking it, you can return to the same location to obtain it from instead.

Location: 67.01 69.35
Rare Item: Updating
Criteria of: 澤瑞斯莫提斯的寶藏

The treasure is placed on the top of a tall mountain and can be reached during 蛙蛙 world quest.
Just use provided frog to leap up to the top and leave it to collect the treasure. 暗影之門 also works well.

If the world quest 蛙蛙 is up but there is no vault, just wait for some time.

A word to the wise: Don't complete the WQ before you loot this treasure! You will still be able to ride around and jump with the frog after completing the WQ, BUT you need to dismount off the frog to loot the chest. So if you dismount off the frog and the WQ is done you will be stranded on top of a very high mountain.

If you're a panda you should be able to jump down gradually with no issues. Other races might need a slow fall item/spell.

Unfortunately 回收的琪瑞安之翼 does not work in Zereth Mortis.

If you have already looted the 被遺忘的原形寶庫 treasure before you unlocked the Protoform Synthesis for mounts, you can still go back up there, even when the WQ蛙蛙 is not up and loot to obtain 結構圖：原型跳躍者.

I wanted to comment on something that worked for me. On my way up there to the chest i didn't lick up any of the items the quest asks for. Just went right to it. The quest hadn't been up in a while so i was eager to get er done. The chest was not there. so i jump down a bit and did a lil bit of the quest and when i went back up the chest was there. I realize it could be a fluke. But...it DID work for me :)

被遺忘的原形寶庫 is located 67 69 of top of mountain is only appear when World Quest 蛙蛙 is up. You can fly or use frog to get to treasure.

The treasure is still there if you have done World Quest (but it's still up for others + I still needed to wait few minutes for it to spawn)

Finally got it after the start of looking for treasures and completing the code. got it at 9:55am est today monday.

Is it only up when the world quest is? Because I'm flying around the area right now and I don't see anything at all.

Edit: Oh, I read through Mypciscraze's comment. Answer is 'yes'.

Update: WQ is up today, but I don't see the chest or schematics, and I definitely have never looted them before.

If you're like me, and you get a lil confused when you don't see any chests at the location even when the Frog'it world quest is up, don't worry.
Just wait, and it will spawn after a little while :)

Finally the world quest was up, but I had to stay and wait for about 10min before the treasure spawned. I was the only one there but it disappeared instantly it seems so I guess just go there and wait and be ready for it.

World quest "Frog'it" finally up on NA realms. Forgotten Proto-Vault was the last thing I was missing for achievement Treasures of Zereth Mortis which in turn finally got me my meta-achievement From A to Zereth. Grab it while you can! Will go away in roughly 8 hours from the time of this posting.

I guess that requirement was recently patched out. I've been doing tons of world quests over the past weeks to hit Exalted with The Enlightened, but I have never done or even seen the Frog'it world quest.

If you are here because of the recently updated Shadowlands meta achievement and you need to get 澤瑞斯莫提斯的寶藏, you don't need 蛙蛙 to be up, I just opened the chest without it.
