This used to be on a 24hour cool down.

Now it has been changed to a 48 hour cool down it is basically useless.

I used to use this for the time between getting Arcane Crystals and Thorium from the guild for Aranite but now you may as well not bother buying this spell.

Truesilver is fairly easy to find in AH or from a guildy with mining.

This transmute shares a cool-down with all other transmutes, so never use this once you unlock Transmute: Arcanite

BiS in P8 in Season of Discovery, especially if you are after Ashbringer or selling mats. With transmutation master, you can get up to 5 from a single bar. These sell for A LOT a piece and likely to increase in price given more people are close to their 12 ingots from Scarlet Enclave and weekly quests.
