I still think this is the best healers staff in the game, as it simply has more mana per 5 than anything else.

However, if your into naxx, and your insane about mana per 5 like I am, I'd be going for the Hammer of the Twisting Nether (not currently on wowhead) and the Digested Hand of Power (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=22994)

There are 3 maces that I would consider all better than this staff when used in conjuction with a number of different offhands, and as a +healing junkie I would probably prefer the spire as well.

One of the benefits and also the pitfalls of this weapon is that it is readily available from AQ40 (regalia dropping from many sources). So its better in that its easy to acquire and outfit your guild in these, but worse in that it lacks uniqueness and originality : )

Of course, as a priest, Atiesh is still my number 1 choice : )

Surprisingly, with the nerf to downranking, this staff got an indirect boost compared to one-hander + off-hander combinations with more raw +healing. Excellent stats too, and it's one of those things that will last you a long while into Naxx and into the expansion simply due to how well rounded it is. Now, if only more Regalia's would drop for us!

Yea its really cool anyway in new patch 2.0 you can get pvp mace +134 healing ( one hand ) + AV exalted off hand or some of grand marshal . + you can enchant 55+ healing so its 55 + 55 + 143 =+253 healing.I m not even done with bwl so I wont bother myself with some cool stuff from naxxaramas cause there are alot of similar items easyer to get .

This is simply one of the best staves the game has to offer for healers currently. It is very good for anything you are encountering including Naxx and will be encountering in the early stages of the expansion.

Arguably one of the best (if not the best) healing weapon in the game. The mana regen is godly for raids.

I once collected as much +mana per 5 second gear as I could on my priest. Add raid buffs and Greater Blessing of Wisdom, and you essentially have infinite mana.

The warhammer isnt a questreward. That's a bunch of lies. Simply because all quest rewards are Unique. This is because blizzard dont want people to be able to get 2 questrewards in laggy situations.

The other two might be questrewards. I have no idea about that.
