Last ony run these babies dropped....TWICE.

Only 2 rogues in the run, one already had it, so i got my tier 2 helm on my second ony run ever, and one of them got sharded. Didn't realise till after it was sharded that i could have had 2 f these and kept one for backup....

I hate seeing objects sharded like that when the guild has 3 rogues without it who weren't there on the night.

Stealthers Helm probably has more armor, but Bloodfang Hood is probably better stats.

I would definitely get this mask.... If TBC was non-existent. If I was a TBC user, and I had just hit level 60. I wouldn't spend hours, maybe even days looking for a group for Onyxia's Lair just to get this mask. Instead I'd be out leveling to 70, so I could get ten-times better gear. Perhaps the only motivation for someone to get this mask is simply because it looks cool. Thats really the only motivation for someone getting pre-TBC gear. By the time you finally get this mask, and maybe even the whole set. You could be level 70, with cooler looking gear, with better stats, and what not.

Tier 2 dropped from MC before. So it was possible to have full bloodfang and such before BWL released.

small upgrade from shadowcraft cap... the stun doesnt proc very often but when it does it can make quite a differnce.

i think the pictures of the new bloodfang are fake.
blizzard never even mention it and its not in the patch notes.

The look has definitely not changed. I've run into several people with the armor post 1.6, and it has not been updated.

I somehow love the old BF, even tho it's like shadowcraft in red.

Hey,
i saw a comment way! up there on that they have seen BF helm drop in ony(yes all teri 2 helms drop in ony and only ony) and then it says the've seen BF drop in MC. Rag drops all the Teir 2 legs (yes that means BF) so there fore you cant have the whole BF set with out doing BWL(they said you could) so the most BF(or any other teir 2 peices) is 2. Sorry GladluZz :(

First time killing Onyxia, and TWO of these babies drop. I got one and so did another terribly happy rogue.

Funny, spent MONTHS trying to get SC head and chest. Never saw them drop. Not once. In two weeks I get NS chest and BF hood. go to hell shadowcraft!

Got my BF helm tonight off of Ony along with her backpack. Immediately after we did ZG and I got my idol. The guild bank hooked me up with the doll after ZG so I ran back in there and got my ZG enchant. Incredibly good night.

Bloodfang is much more sexy this patch and much more worth it. Glad I got it off Onyxia Saturday.

Last week when we downed her, she dropped 2 BF healms as well. 2 less rogues I have to worry about rolling on my NS helm I guess.

1st. there was no bloodfang drops except hood and pants since 1.6
2nd. no1 finished BWL yet ( 6th and rest boss are bugged )

a friend of mine got this today at onyxia but the graphics show as pre 1.6 anybody know something about this?
(it shows as the bright red hat instead of the dark brooding hat) he's a troll btw don't know if that makes a diff (due to tusks)

We downed Ony 1st time a few nights ago, and again tonight... One of these dropped 1st night. But... i was outbid :(

I think its safe to assume that the new BF looks where made for UD in mind... It looks best on us thats for sure. As might looks best on Orcs :)
