For all you lazy sods out there, I created a macro to disenchant all the Jewellery (MoP) from JC, including the blue ones.
/cast Disenchant
/use item:83793
/use item:83794
/use item:90904
/use item:90905
Enjoy! o/
Edit: And those who wish to keep the blue ones for selling, use this macro:

Since Wowhead doesn't say it yet, this item is created by Jewelcrafting:
Изысканное кольцо
The crafted ring is green, with a chance to proc a blue.
Mats:
Jeweler's Setting
Lapis Lazuli
Tiger Opal
Sunstone

For those wondering about proc rates, just prospected about 10k of ore and had a jewelry-making party.
320
Изысканное кольцо
crafts yeilded
34
Изысканное кольцо
for a 10.6% proc rate
332 Shadowfire neckleace crafts yeilded
34 rare Necklaces
for a 10.2% proc rate
Expect 10% if you're making in bulk.

For those of you that vendor these instead of disenchanting them. This macro is handy.
#showtooltip item:83793
/run for b=0,4 do for s=1,GetContainerNumSlots(b)do if strmatch(GetContainerItemLink(b,s),"83793")then UseContainerItem(b,s)end end end

I've collected 12000 uncommon gems, and I've wondered about the cost effectiveness of turning them into DE material using ornate bands and
shadowfire necklace
. Let's say 5g for any uncommon gem, and 3g for spirit dust. To make an ornate or shadowfire: 1g + 3*5g = 16g. (Mysterious Essence = 5 dust) You'd need to average 5 to 6 dust per DE to make it worthwhile. I'm a bit skeptical that I can get this average, but I'm going to make a few and check out the numbers before my bank runs out of space!
