For those wondering about proc rates, just prospected about 10k of ore and had a jewelry-making party.

320 Ornate Band crafts yeilded
34 Ornate Band
for a 10.6% proc rate

332 Shadowfire neckleace crafts yeilded
34 rare Necklaces
for a 10.2% proc rate

Expect 10% if you're making in bulk.

Same DE wise as ornate band just uses the other 3 color gems (out of the 6 color gems.) I wrote more about it on the ornate band page.
