Each drink's description:
Dalaran Dazzler: "Mildly enchanted to make the imbiber dazzle, too."
Karazhan Twist: "The twist is the spirit of kiwi haunting the glass."
(delightfully sour drink) Hornswog's Breath: "A colorful and bitter concoction that puts a spring in one's step."
(dark and curious) Niffen Strong-Sniffer Stout: "Pungent and deep like the Sulfer Wastes in Zaralak Cavern."
(Whatever Kalecgos is having) Azure Leywine: "Not strong enough to get anyone drunk, but it's delicious all the same."
(Whatever you recommend will do) Emerald Dreamtime: "Balanced tea with relaxing herbal notes."
(Just an ale please) Maruukai Pale Ale: A uniquely light and rich ale perfect for a grand feast."

Nothing else changes about the quest as far as I can tell. These quests are clearly leading up to "the War Within."

It's usually through little sidequests that you get to know the true character of the legendary figures of Azeroth, not through their mighty deeds fighting the Legion, or the Void.

This is such a quest. While serving tables at a celebration, the player learns of Archmage Khadgar, the Leader of the Kirin Tor, the former Supreme Commander of the Allied Expedition, that he is a filthy boozehound who will knock back anything.

Almost certainly Khadgar is concerned about whether he's supposed to be shielding anything from the spriggans, or let them wreak their tiny havoc because literally everyone's invited to the celebration.

After ordering his drink, you will find him standing not where you picked up the quest, but slightly further away at 54.07 61.98. Just south of Ursol.

The quest made me remember how, in the beginning of the expansion, Kalec went to Khadgar for help. I always felt Khadgar seemed a little jealous that Kale had run off to to answer the call of the isles.

Now Kalec has learned his lesson and is checking in on Khadgar. :D

Khadgar is not the only one at the party who is lost in thought. Ysera is distracted. Khadgar said that he spoke with an old friend who is going to investigate. My guess is that Ysera is that old friend.

Also, Thrall and Jaina both heard a voice when the tree came out of the dream. The voice and Khadgar's worries seem to be connected and likely the start of the new threat from the next xpac.

As of right now, this quest cannot be completed.

Due to the recent phasing issues, Khadgar seems to be perpetually falling through the map and is unreachable. This has been an issue for more than 2 months now. As long as the phasing issue is not fixed, it's impossible to complete Guardians of the Dream campaign, including "Defenders of the Dream" and "Dream On" achievements, the latter of which awards "of the Emerald Dream" title.

Should be a big deal, right? Not for Blizzard, it seems, since more than 2 months later it's still not fixed.

EDIT: Surprisingly, the issue fixed itself for me when I ported to Orgrimmar and made my way back to Bel'ameth. For anyone who is still stuck, try this. No idea why or how it fixed that for me, but it did.

If you speak with Archmage Khadgar or with Ysera, they will both say the same thing:

One of the quests you get during this celebration, A Disquieting Feeling, is from Kalecgos: he's noticed Khadgar's behavior and wants the player to check up on him... yet, bizarrely, Kalecgos couldn't seem to care less about Ysera, who is literally standing directly to his right, just as distracted as Khadgar...?

C'mon, Kalec; that's rude.

For those with Khadgar underground and unreacheable, there are a few tricks to resolve the issue.

- What resolved it for me was relogging, it may require a few tries.
- Also re-zoning can also work.

Anything that forces the phasing of the zone to reload basically can help.
