Seems to bugged actually. Lot of 60 elite mobs aggroing without reason, 200% damage debuff and quest don't start - no dialogues, looks like out of phase

Completed the quest, it is ready for turn in (after defeating the Pride of Lysonia and confronting her), yet I cannot turn it in where it is indicated on the map.

Previous Quest: A Step Too Far and Kyrian No More.

For this part you will need to confront Lysonia who is perform a quick ritual and then spawn Pride of Lysonia. Once this is spawned you will need to slay it.

After killing the Pride of Lysonia ignore where the quest turn is on the map. You'll turn around and go around the corner of the stairs that you entered for the confrontation (coordinates below).

Note: Whatever your Eye of the Jailer level is for the day it will stay that way, potentially making the quest harder.
Note 2: Just run to the confrontation and it should phase you to the area despawning any mobs that are following you.

This will take you to the next quest Time to Reflect.

Rewards:

This will complete your Campaign Covenant Armor Set allowing you to transmog it via the sets option instead of individual pieces.

It's possible to do this quest even with 5/5 Eye of the jailer, but you will need to ress and re-run to your body multiple times, I had to do this like 4 times until I got the quest completed. Thankfully it doesn't reset your progress towards the dialogue of the quest.

Uther didn't spawn for me after relogging, /reloading, trying to run away a long distance etc.

What fixed Uther to actually spawn was applying to a group in LFG tool (to change my phase) and re-entering the maw, so that new phase takes effect.

Uther spawned the moment I was in a new phase.

FYI, your eye of the jailer stays at your daily level so you'll probably find out too late but if you do the weekly's to get the renown to get the quest chain and happen to cap your eye whilst there you will not be able to do this very easily since it's mid perdition hold and 10 stacks plus abductors and mobs = dead, multiple times

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 On Lysonia's Trail	Quest start from Polemarch Adrestes at Elysian Hold in Bastion 55 42. Meet Kleia outside the Temple of Humility 61 43.
2 Aerial Reconnaissance	Speak with Kleia to move to next location.
3 Sacred Scrolls of Humility	Pick up 5 Sacred Scroll from Sacred Scroll most on ground or drop from Prideful Hoplite. This quest do together with Succumbing to Pride and Compassion, Blade of Humility.
4 Succumbing to Pride	Free 5 Burdened Aspirant by stopping Forsworn rituals.
5 Compassion, Blade of Humility	Pick up this quest from Radiant Sword 64 45. Charge Compassion by killing manifestations ( Congealed Pride and Crippling Pride ) . After finishing quest You will be able to use Condolent Assault ( extra bar ) to the end of story line and Radiant Sword will fight on your side.
6 Distorted by the Maw	Destroy 3 Anima Collector location: 65 43, 67 40 and 68 44. Do this quest together with Fallen to Their Vices
7 Fallen to Their Vices	Slay 15 Forsworn forces. Return quests to Kleia 68 41.
8 Lysonia's Plan	Go 69 40 and listen to the conversation.
9 The Power of the Maw	Go to Oribos and speak with Kleia 45 51 2ns floor then jump to Maw and move to 33 55
10 A Step Too Far	"Hard Quest - Free 5 Captured Forsworn care is a lot of rare mobs around Do this quest together with Kyrian No More. Best location: /way 30 59 /way 28 60 /way 28 63 /way 30 63 /way 32 59"
11 Kyrian No More	Hard Quest - Slay 15 Mawsworn forces. Care on rare mobs
12 Her Will, Inflicted	Hard Quest - Go to 25 67 ( cross the bridge ). Care on rare mobs. Then listen to the conversation. after slay Pride of Lysonia He have low HP but pretty strong AOE. after fight follow Uther to 25 65.
13 Time to Reflect	Speak with Kleia You will be move to Waystone to Oribos use it then return to Polemarch Adrestes in Elysian Hold.
14 A Touch of Humility	Speak with Polemarch Adrestes 45 57 then will be animation. After this quest story line is finish and you will get 1 Renown.

This one blows. Too many powerful rare mobs that decimate you. Can't even get to Lysonia, let alone fight her. Had no issues with the maw questline for Night Fae.

BM hunter with ilevel 179 gear, managed to do this, it was very tough with Kleia dying several times, after Killing Lysonia, Uther disappeared but was just outside the final fight area, through a gateway.

This is actually the worst quest ever. I died to an elite mob before being able to pick up the final part of this quest chain that gets you out, and could not get back inside Perdition Hold again to pick it up because of the swarms of elite mobs and the +200% damage debuff, not to mention I no longer had Compassion and Kleia who helped me get in there in the first place. What a failure of a quest.

After killing lysonia's spirit thing Uther spawned in the air above me and lysonia respawned. I had to logout and back on to turn the quest in. Spawned right on top of an elite and uther had moved out by the bridge. meh.

Uther did not spawn next to Kleia, reloading or relogging did not help. But using an emote (/question) on Kleia made Uther spawn. (Knokkelmann mentioned it in some older comment).

Why does Kleia say she'll carry me over then do nothing? Is it bugged? I died a few times before I saw it then couldn't find a way to talk to her to get her to carry me?

Too many rare, hard mobs that all have respawned by the time you get anywhere NEAR your body, let alone the actual quest mob. Whoever designed this quest chain deserves hemeroids for the rest of their life.

Watch out when you want to hand in quest. It will phase you out BEFORE reaching Kleia so you will have to handle one or two elite mobs. If you die you will be resurrected outside Perdition Hold and have to fight your way back to your body and Kleia.

Horrible or unfinished quest design. I kinda expected more from a company where the boss gets $200 million in bonuses.

When you finish and don't see the hand-in (Uther), you have to go out toward the bridge you came from. The whole area phases and Uther magically appears tucked in a corner.

I don't know what's worse...that this issue hasn't been fixed, or that I'm not even f*#^ing surprised anymore.

Just want to give everyone who got killed and has to run through all that bs to turn the quest in some hope. Right before the steps up to the gate there is a shadehound mob that comes up. Kill it, grab the temp mount, and just run through. Just did it after dying several times trying to just run. Good luck!

Anyone beside me wonder if Kleia can fly you out at the end when you finish and turn this in, then why can't she fly you in all the way to begin with and avoid all the mobs in the first place? I mean, it works at the end, right? The logic in the writing of this quest just breaks down here. This is kind of like the writing of the Star Trek episodes where phasers just suddenly don't work. Its a ploy to extend the episode because a working phaser could have avoided the whole plot of the show otherwise. So....write the easy answer out.

When you try to turn in this quest, there is an elite mob standing just outside to the right, you can't avoid it even hugging the wall to the left, it will still aggro. Its not an easy solo fight either! My warrior (nightelf) used shadowmeld near the quest turn in, my Paladin (tank) just spammed everything until it was dead! Blizzard needs to nerf this mob or just remove it!

I am a low level Shadow Priest and I have no speed increases to get me to the location, just trotting along. Finally got to the hold where Kleia was and we managed to get through the gate as loads of mobs were chasing a player out, so just ran through, no flying. Trying to kill these elites was impossible for me with Kleia and the sword, so I had to set her to it and run in to grab a forsworn and then just die each time. By the time we managed to get over the bridge to listen to the conversation Lysonia has with Uther, I was at 36% Armour, needing repair. She summoned her shade, I died in the whirlwind things, then by the time I got back It was all stuck. Lysonia was Orange, Uther was orange, no shade, no interaction whatsoever.... Jeeze - looking on the forums the only way forward seems to be to log out, reset, but that didn't work. So now I have to go back to Bastion, delete the quest and retake it and start all over again. Not a happy bunny.

All of the above, and then some. Beyond frustrated with this entire expansion - and this quest is ridiculously bad.

To everyone as disgusted as I: The only way to make a difference is to vote with our wallets. If Blizz isn't going to put the importance of their customers above their content, we have choices. LOTS of other games out there nowadays, including better graphics, better storylines, and better customer service.

Sad to say that the bug is still there such that upon completion there is no way to hand in the quest. You need to run out to the bridge where you will find Uther to hand it in to. And yes, a gigantic elite will then come beat the living daylights out of you. Good job Blizzard bug fixing team.

Uther and your lovely, helpful Ascended Kleia, are hiding around the corner to the left as you go up the first set of steps back out of the area where you did the roleplay and killed the quest NPC. There is an elite there most of the time (unless someone killed it or pulled it away). The good news is that you can turn in the quest and click on Kleia to get taken out of Perdition Hold even while in combat.

Ok, if anyone is as frustrated as I was with this--having to try to fight your way all the way back in to Perdition once you'd already completed the prior quest and perhaps died so many times you lost count (don't even get me started on THAT one, Blizz owes everyone seeking to be part of the Kyrian Covenant a big apology IMO) there is somewhat of a trick. If, like me, you can't mount yet in The Maw, just wait for the Mawsworn Outrider to patrol near the gate, kill it, steal his mount and ride the entire way through the hold and across the bridge. Once you reach Lysonia you will phase into the confrontation and drop aggro.

Be aware also, when you finish, your turn-in is phased back INTO the "area of infinite elites" so approach slowly...once the elite comes into view (standing in the entryway), pull and send the sword or a pet after it, and run around the corner to the LEFT where you will find Uther and Kleia, turn in, and speak to Kleia to be taken out of there, it will work even in combat, just be fast.

Hope this helps, I spent far too much time stressing over how the heck I was gonna make this work...

I died, and made it back, but Lysonia has no pride at this point. Pride of Lysonia nowhere to be found. I tried /exit as mentioned for fixing Luther missing, but that removed a nice healing buff I had collected along the way. Actually, all I needed to do was abandon the quest, and Kleia appeared to give it to me (in front of Lysonia). When I ran back up the steps, the dialog started again. .... after the battle Kleia left me to fight the elite guard at the entrance. Perhaps I could have talked to Luther who was right around the corner and left (which apparently can be done while in combat, according to other comments here), instead wasting time killing the elite.

The hand in with Uther is really buggy... I can see him run towards the bridge but as I'm about to turn in, his turn-in marker jump backs to the previous location but he is nowhere to be found. It's just Kleia standing by herself in the corner.

The workaround for me was joining a random world boss raid (make sure it has 6+ people) group so I phased into another instance where Uther magically appeared. At that point make sure to turn in the quest AND take the next one from him.

After that leave the raid group, Uther disappears again, but Kleia is there and you can talk to her to leave.

Logging out and back in also fixes the phasing issue if there aren't any groups up.
