Although Duskwallow Marsh has had some of its lore updated, this quest remains out of date. Specifically it makes no mention to Magatha's treachery or the Grimtotems attempted siege of Thunder Bluff, which is a shame as I would have enjoyed more lore on that. :-)

I found that I had to finish two other quests before this one popped. You have to do The Black Shield, and then the follow-up, Return to Krog, for this to pop.

Kill Taurens in the base and GATHER 4 laters to add 1 , there is drop chance ! dont worry . after gathering 4 , you right klick on that 4 later and it will change to 1 , then quest will be Done,

Go to Blackhoof Village - combine 4 of the Grimtotem Note that drops to create the battle plan. Profit. /way 42, 15 drops you in the middle of the main village.

Description

With the activities of the Grimtotems in Thousand Needles brought to light, many tauren now regard them with suspicion. We've seen high-ranking Grimtotems engage in murder and kidnapping to advance their interests and I fear we may become their next target.

Blackhoof Village, to the northeast, near Bluefen, is a large new Grimtotem settlement. Their leaders, the elders, will all have orders from Thunder Bluff. See if you can capture the orders and piece them together to learn the Grimtotems' plans.
