When your Warband reaches Renown Rank 9 with The K'aresh Trust, you'll get access to the Ba'eth's Request storyline, starting at Ba'eth in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market:

Day 1 :	Stealing What is Ours
Day 2 :	Win-Win Situation (small trading game to unlock required dialogue options to finish the quest, for this step, Ba'kerei has two extra quest item cookies in his stock, Ba'key's Special Cookie and Box of Cookies)
Day 3 :	The Wrong Bluecephalus Meat My Business
Day 4 :	The Grift A Blue for You (rewards the mount)

Because they prevented us from continuing this storyline for quite a while during testing, it's uncertain whether they will spread these quests over more days (they flag a hidden tracking quest to stop us from continuing back to back like they did to stagger the Whelp Daycare storyline in Dragonflight), or we'll get the mount after 4 days of completing the listed quests as seen on PTR. (There's no catch-up, that tracking quest will continue to do its job. When you pause X days, you'll finish X days later.)

dont be like me and spend 30min farming the Pebbles in Tazavesh.. there are more spead around Karesh.

for , there are some Brokers around 76,49. Took me a few kills (like 8-10) until it dropped

This quest took me awhile (mostly from having to kill Brokers I needed to kill like 10)

All objectives are in the Untethered Space, none of them are in the normal K'aresh phase.
Prosperity Pebble are on the ground all over Tazavesh or the other islands. They're pretty common so you should find them while going for the others.
Backfire Wish Bracelet and Mismatched Shoes of Balance drop from Shadowed Fateshaper the big ethereal guys. They're on every island but I got my kills in and around the big inn/renown building in Tazavesh.
Expired Luck Potion drop from Unraveled Energy Broker big broker guys. These took forever to find and get to drop. I found most of them on the north-east most island.
Coin of Endless Debt drop from Untethered Rampager big devourer dudes. These guys are all over too but I got mine on the north island near the 'Untethered Space' titled Phase Conduit.

Me: "only gather a few items, how bad can it be?"
Me, 60 minutes later: "yeah, that expired luck potion is bad".

30 kills for the potion and no drop.

Edit: kill 31 dropped, confirming the **fact** that complaining on WoWhead actually increases drop rates.

I guess I was lucky, it took me 7 kills to get it. Maybe they upped the drop rate as of the maintenance this morning? Got it at 76.46, 44.38 (there was a pair of them there).

Expired Luck Potion has annoyingly low drop chance, but luckily you only need one of them.

Unraveled Energy Broker drop them, and you can find them in these AREAS, while in Untethered Space:

Farmed for an hour and a half for this quest. Best place to farm luck potion is at Lunnall River Phase Conduct, there are three that spawns just across the bridge. Best place to farm shoes of balance is around the inn at Tazavesh. Good luck!

This quest gave me the same PTSD feeling from vanilla with Zhevra hoofs, Pristine yeti horns or Ogres in Hillsbrad etc. 52 Brokers for the surely expired luck potion.
So be aware, this quest might cause you to end your subscription. Yes, it is that bad.

It's one thing if you have to grind many mobs, but you have to jump around and run around like an idiot. It's like the original Maw. Horrible horrible quest design here, sorry.

Sparse mob, ridicoulus drop rate, respawn of mob slow, no flying or enter/exit phased realm every time, mobs with spell that keep you in combat after combat ends and you can't mount.... the best designed quest from idiot designers.

The real problem with this quest is thinking we need to do it only on the Tazavesh platform. As soon as you go to the others, gets easier. Still its a 30 min farm.

For me, the Backfire Wish Bracelet only dropped after the following:
The Shadowed Fateshaper cast Untethered Burst. This summoned 3 orbs and if you run into them, they detonate and knock you back a little.

After I've detonated all three, they dropped the bracelets. Hope this helps.

Just drop the quest, it's not worth hanging around the same areas killing the same adds over and over again I spent an hour doing it and gave up when the last wishbone and the luck potion would not drop despite 20+ kills of each with no drops. Seriously the end reward after the quest chain is a fugly overgrown moose, COMPLETE waste of time given the reward is nowhere near the level of effort required just abandon the quest and save yourself the pain.

A huge part of this quest is done out side Tazavesh, all over K'aresh. Use phasing platform to teleport to other phasing platforms. Took a good 1 hour overall.

The drop rate on Expired Luck Potion is pure garbage. Farming the same mobs over, making a circle on the map for over 30 minutes. It finally dropped. I almost lost it when I saw I had another quest on turn in. Don't worry, the pain was over.

The last component for me was the Expired Luck Potion, which took about 30 minutes. I managed to farm them by camping these two locations, going back and forth between them and sometimes realm hopping to get them to spawn.

Track the quest and open your map. These items are found all over the zone, not just in Tazavesh. I was beginning to get seriously upset when I was running around the streets killing the same mobs over and over and was stuck at 9/10 pebbles.

Edit: Holy heck, I wanted to be positive about this quest until the Expired Luck Potion refused to drop and I was fighting so many players going after the same mobs that drop it.

The true grift is making this quest, putting a low drop rate item on a mob that is extremely spread out, then having that mob cast a spell that keeps you in combat even when it's killed for way too long. Then make it so you have to phase dive making it so you can't fly at all, This quest better have got someone fired

Highly recommend STARTING this quest in "Tempest Fields" - you can find everything there. All 3 elite mobs, including some pebbles. Done this quest in 33 minutes.

Use the method below for the fastest way to get the much rarer Expired Luck Potion which took me 15 mobs to drop (it says 5% drop rate)....

They drop from Unraveled Energy Broker which spawn all over the top and right sections of K'aresh in untethered space.

After you phase dive, use the Phase Conduit to portal to each of the 4 Conduits in the top section of K'aresh and the 3 Conduits in the right section of K'aresh. The Unraveled Energy Broker spawn really close to the conduits so don't move when you hop - just portal, run the macro below, and hop to the next and you'll find them quickly (I was finding one every cycle). Keybind the macro below and it will put a skull on the nearest Broker (within range), and ping an alert and its position to you.

I logged on at around 7pm my time and accepted this quest. By the time an Expired Luck Potion dropped, it was nearly 2am.

This particular quest has one of the most (if not THE most) abysmal drop rates of any quest I have experienced in this game - and I say that as someone who enjoys questing and grinding reps. You can grind to exalted with multiple reputations in the time it takes to complete this quest.

I'm generally not too critical when it comes to quest design, and I'm DEFFINITELY not calling for these quest developer's firing, but Blizzard management might want to consider reassigning these particular quest designers to something else that isn't going to have such a negative impact on players. Completing this quest has been the single most negative experience I have ever had with a quest in WoW.

Don't know why people is so annoyed with this quest.. isn't a campaign quest, you don't "need" to do it, after that, is a just a bit (but not that much) challenge.. if you don't do in one day, do it in two or three.. and what's the point of quest with everything given, like when you need to travel a bit and quest giver, makes a portal for you ! Atleast this quest has a bit of WOW soul.

If you are looking for those rare mobs that drop Expired Luck Potion, use jumpgates to hop around Karesh. Most of those mobs are in vincinity of the portals.

When I made a sweep I found a lot of both Unraveled Energy Broker and Untethered Rampager around
/way 75, 49

Though I had some trouble (Rogue, ilevel 700) with them I really recommend trying to interrupt everything they cast that is interruptable.

Everyone saying the pebbles are common is full of #$%^. They are not, I've been killing everything else and wandered around an entire island where they supposedly are and not a single one. I've ONLY found them in Tazavesh.

Luck Potion is being the biggest problem for me. Rare mob (not like rare spawn, just not many of them) and so, obviously, the thing you need from it is even rarer. This rare on rare on rare shtick really needs to stop IMO. One rarity gate is enough, a grind is unnecessary.

General advice for Phase Diving: Look for Untethered-Xybucha. Gives 270% movespeed and jump distance. Makes running around a lot less painfull.

Its lazy game design. Make this difficult by adjusting the drop rate down to teeny tiny numbers, and make the last item drop from a rare spawn. Gosh,. what good idea, not done THAT before. LAZY.

when you get the quest .. If your phased as I am , the pebbles are laying on the ground . just pick them up. They are marked on the mini map as yellow dots. inside the shaded quest area. Super simple finding the pebbles . It's just the battle to stay alive with the massive amount of mobs in the Veiled Market during PHASED Exploration ... one prosperity Pebble is located at /tway 51.21 ,62.97

I camped Unraveled Energy Broker at the west door of Shadow Point: Darkmend (/way 48.9, 26.7), where I could watch his two spawn points: inside the tower and outside the SW corner. Spawn time is maybe like 3 to 5 min, but he can be up at both places at once. Drop rate is low; took me about 13 kills to get the Expired Luck Potion. Shadowed Fateshapers spawn off the W, E, and NE sides of the tower, so you can farm them while you wait. The other quest items drop from the elite worms and rampagers north of the Shadow Point phase conduit. While you're at the tower, look for a lore book and a potion at the console inside.

This is probably a complete coincidence, but after farming for about 30 mins, the potion dropped after I stunned the Unraveled energy broker out of its ancient relic cast.

The best place I found to grind the prosperity pebbles is from the elite worms in Shadow Point , I had 5 of them drop after 2 kills.

Not sure why everyone is so angry.

You get a mount. You run into phased stuff thats part of another achievement. Sure it takes a bit of time like a Classic quest, but the end justifies the means. I didn't know I was getting a mount...so yay! Another mount!

I got my lucky potion after maybe 15 mob kills out in Tempest Fields, wasn't that bad at all. Bunch of babies in the comments not getting it after killing 2-3 mobs.

If you can get through this quest without needing blood pressure medicine or breaking something you are doing better than me. This quest is a pain. I am over an hour into it, and still need the Expired Luck Potion.

Well, I don't know if the drop rates have improved but it took me about 45 minutes start to finish on this quest. Maybe luck has something to do with it. 18 years of playing WoW and I've never had much luck with drop rates. *shrugs*

1. Prosperity Pebbles on the ground around the market area, show up on minimap as yellow dot (9/10)
2 & 3. Backfire Wish Bracelet (3/3) & Mismatched Shoes of Balance - Dropped from Shadowed Fateshaper (1/1)

Shadow Point Area
1. Prosperity Pebbles - Dropped from Lurking Phaseburrower (1/10)
2. Coin of Endless Debt - Dropped from Untethered Rampager (1/1)

The Tempest Fields
1. Expired Luck Potion - Unraveled Energy Broker (1/1) I ran SE of the Lunnall River Phase Conduit, there were a few of the mobs you need on the road and "camps" in this area of the map. Almost completed a loop of the area before it dropped.

In case it wasn't obvious (to me it wasn't) Shadowed Fateshapers that drop the Shoes and Bracelets spawn in other locations. Don't be like me and wait in the city for respawns.
