When your Warband reaches Renown Rank 9 with The K'aresh Trust, you'll get access to the Ba'eth's Request storyline, starting at Ba'eth in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market:

Day 1 :	Stealing What is Ours
Day 2 :	Win-Win Situation (small trading game to unlock required dialogue options to finish the quest, for this step, Ba'kerei has two extra quest item cookies in his stock, Ba'key's Special Cookie and Box of Cookies)
Day 3 :	The Wrong Bluecephalus Meat My Business
Day 4 :	The Grift A Blue for You (rewards the mount)

Because they prevented us from continuing this storyline for quite a while during testing, it's uncertain whether they will spread these quests over more days (they flag a hidden tracking quest to stop us from continuing back to back like they did to stagger the Whelp Daycare storyline in Dragonflight), or we'll get the mount after 4 days of completing the listed quests as seen on PTR. (There's no catch-up, that tracking quest will continue to do its job. When you pause X days, you'll finish X days later.)

Mo'tow -> Don't tell anyone, but these... Note: Dialogue option may appear only after exploring dialogue from NPCs listed below.
Zo'Fyne -> This deal is so good...
Xy'Sous -> I will find you a dessert item... -> Get Box of Cookies from Ba'kerei -> turn back in at this NPC.
Ba'key -> Get Ba'key's Special Cookie from Ba'kerei -> I bought a cookie....
Ba'kajanai -> If the price was any lower...
Collector Galzi -> Don't tell anyone...
Xy'low -> Don't tell anyone, but these... Note: Dialogue option may appear only after exploring dialogue from NPCs listed before.

After reaching Renown 9 with The K'aresh Trust, you get a quest in Tazavesh.

Every 24 hours, you get a new quest follow up.

• Win-Win Situation
• The Wrong Bluecephalus
• Meat My Business
• The Grift

After you complete The Grift, you get a new quest titled A Blue for You -- which rewards you a ground mount named Blue Barry.

where does the quest start?

even the wowhead commenters do not give you that. what has become of our wowhead community? throw us some breadcrumbs, will ya?

I can't understand *!@# from this quests, I don't gave more dialogues than You don't need this, but you deserve it! and These were made by elves in a secret underground workshop!, wich does nothing
