So I got there and there wasnt a remnant of cindral inside... perhaps you have to wait for them to appear?

update: can confirm the respawn time is approx. 15 minutes

I don't think he can be looted more than once. I killed him twice, hoping to replace the shoulders he dropped for me the first time that I mistakenly disenchanted. The second time around, I could not loot him. :(

Protip 1: I use Macro Toolkit to avoid having to split macros into smaller parts. There are other addons that also allow this.

Protip 2: Want an easy way to reset your Tomtom arrow to the nearest boss on the list? Just type
/cway and voila! *

Note: An 8th boss, Iron Reaver, (second boss in Hellfire Citadel) drops Equipment Blueprint: Gyroscopic Internal Stabilizer which counters Chaotic Whirlpools. The blueprint drops on all levels of raid difficulty.

Note 2: What about the rest of them? Only 3 other blueprints are available in 6.2.0. They come from various sources. Equipment Blueprint: Blast Furnace (Blast Furnace for Swift), is a quest item. Equipment Blueprint: Unsinkable (Unsinkable) and Equipment Blueprint: Tuskarr Fishing Net (Tuskarr Fishing Net) are vendor rep items.

The blueprints for Ammo Reserves, Automated Sky Scanner, Sonic Amplification Field, Q-43 Noisemaker Mines, & Extra Quarters are not obtainable and are no longer required for the achievement.

However, each of these 5 pieces of equipment has a chance to be provided automatically when upgrading or building new ships.

When the encounter is ready, i.e. when the Remnants of Cindral have spawned, there will be a crossed swords icon that appears on your minimap.

Im here just to say most people should know by now, but maybe some dont.

"Rare is not there? Realm Hop!" (of course, here you look for the remnants)

Hit "I" on your keyboard > Premade Groups > Custom > Join Group > Spam yourself in groups and hop, hop and re hop until you get your rare.

Use Garrison groups, Daily Groups, there are even Hop groups for people doing stuff like you are.

If you join a "Raid group" there will be no Fel Crystals, but youre in for the kill mostly. (You can always tag, leave the group and get caught in a "Limbo" where you get the kill and the crystals.

It was about 30 to 45 minute wait for me.

About five or six Remnant of Cindral pop on both sides of the forge and the boss doesn't spawn until they are all gone.

Also, for me a bunch of the regular mobs popped at the same time so be prepared.

The plan dropped for me as well so I think it is a 100% drop.

It appears that ship equipment unlocking is now account-wide. I just went to kill rares based on the quest-checking macro and nothing dropped. I went back to my shipyard and found all the equipment was unlocked that was acquired through killing rares. Unsinkable is still locked, but that's a reputation item.

Just did this and not only can it drop both High Intensity Fog Lamps as well as Ice Cutter, it can drop them both at the same time :)

Edit: If you're only seeing Grom'kar Warsmith like I was, trust that the Remnants of Cindral will spawn eventually, kill them all. Additionally, I didn't need to kill the little ones that spawned from the big blobs before the rare spawned.
