they're yet more *!@# systems, currency bloat and stuff that didn't need to be in the game. a perfect example of a team that's taking on too much because so far not a single thing braught in with this .5 patch hasn't been broken.
Five minutes, having to kill 50 plus gnarldin to expunge their void takes a bit more time than that.
Flashbacks of BfAIf you're a player that has finished some of the chores in 12.0, you won't feel this too badBut if you're picking up Midnight right now and started with this, along with all the previous ones? Oh man, welcome to chore-central.
WoW roadmap for each patch : Assaults Assaults Assaults Assaults Assaults Assaults Assaults Assaults
none of the new systems are good catch up for alts, 500 for one random rolled hero item is too expensive and not worth the time investment, you are much better off running mythic plus.I've only seen it as extra stuff to do for achievements/xmog/pets/mounts etc, but as a catch up system? no
Assaults are my least favorite content since classic. Take note blizzard.
Any news on whether or not Recrafting is safe or still bugged to hell after the patch?
It is sad that we need an article to explain all this because Blizzard does such a bad job of making their in-game systems understandable with out some 3rd party guide.
strange system the void strikes are just repeatable world quests that you need to complete 20 to get 1 level as they offer just as much xp as a world quest so not sure what the purpose for these are as ritual sites are a faster way to obtain Field Accolade. so maybe if they increased the xp to the void strikes people would have a reason to do them to level alts but even with that change they're still lackluster events.
The Incursions are so buggy. Sometimes they don't show on the map. Sometimes you can't tell which is the next strike location. I've yet to see this mystical boss that shows up when you fill the incursion meter with completed strikes. The rewards aren't good either. Just up the exp and make this a way to level alts, imo...
