If Blizzard isn't going to maintain equal access to things across regions, at least don't go out of your way to highlight it like this and consistently rub our faces in it. I get that many of these things are due to the China side team and not Blizz itself, but Blizz could easily offer similar versions to other regions or things exclusive to the non China regions to even out.
