Archivist Frithrun in Dornogal has the quest A Burning Path Through Time or you can start it within the Dungeon Journal.

Quest Requirement: Complete 5 Timewalking Raid Bosses or Dungeons.

Rewards: Cache of K'areshi Treasures containing one piece of non-tier gear from Normal Manaforge Omega.

Ulduar Timewalking RaidDisturbance Detected: Ulduar

To accept this quest, simply head to Dalaran in Crystalsong Forest and speak with Vormu (/way 50.6 46.4).
Then, enter a group and defeat Yogg-Saron in Ulduar Timewalking to collect the Titan Prison Fragment that drops from him.
