Why is it called self-found? lol

Why is it called self-found? lol

Because you find stuff your self

Why is it called self-found? lol

You do everything yourself, no relying on others in any way, no using AH, no crafted gear, relying on basic things, even yourself

Comment by Madauc

I guess its safe to assume that there are going to be delays on war within alpha and season 4 if there's still no updates this late. Can't imagine they're just arbitrarily waiting to say anything on it.

They should have named this Ironman, not Self Found.. they called it self found because all the big twitch streamers were calling it like this.

This style of gameplay is known in the wide MMO community as Ironman mode. This name sounds very cringe, IMO.

Comment by DreamSister

have you considered the possibility that "ironman" sounds more cringe than "self-found" to a lot of people? because at the very least self-found is a more popular (if not also more accurate) way to describe it

Comment by Volltage

Funny because I mostly know it as self-found. It's also much more intuitive then ironman as the name explains what it sort of does.

Comment by mazzic518

Probably because Ironman is trademarked.

Comment by Wayne26uk

Actually its not, Ironman has wider rules, only grey and white items allowed is the main one, but there is others that aint in Self Found.
