Valor was the better system for m+
The article has a mistake.You don't need to do it every week. The cap on fragments is cumulative. So if you do nothing for weeks 1-2-3, you can get 600 fragments on week 4.
System is much better than valor because you can actually get upgrade items every week. However, the fragment bloat is really annoying. Most people will rarely use Whelpling's shadowflame crest or drakes after the first week. So, would be nice if you could just vendor them at some point.
i think that this version of the upgrade is better then valor but they gone a bit too far if it was just the crests it would be far better atleast with valor if you helped someone at a lower level of content you wouldnt be punished if you would got an item you wanted but at a low ilvl now if you get it low its useless with valor you could if you were really unlucky sink a bunch of valor in it to still make it usefull
Honestly, i expected world quest items to be upgradeable at least up to 424
This system didn't need to have so many keywords and breakpoints. Needlessly complicated.Also stop shoving so many items into our bags. Use the dang Currency Tab. You used it for Flightstones!
I thought there was supposed to be a way to upgrade the track. Eg you have a piece of champion gear and you could somehow upgrade it to heroic
Rather have people running 2s then this system tbh
