Overview: The Timeways Coalesce into form in response to Nozdormu's intervention. Fields of [Decaying Time] and [Accelerating Time] continually tick around the Manifested Timestream, manipulating how their abilities execute.

[Unwind]'s secondary damage effect is delayed when afflicted by [Decaying Time].
