How to get to Caverns of Time without the portal:

The Uldum portal, added in Cataclysm, is still intact. Take the portal and fly east.

Take the Shattrath portal from the Stormwind or Orgrimmar Portal Rooms, go to the World's End Tavern, and speak to Zephyr to reach the Caverns of Time. Requires Revered with Keepers of Time faction.

Use Ultrasafe Transporter: Gadgetzan to reach Gadgetzan if a Gnomish Engineer.

How to get to northern Eastern Kingdoms without the portal:

The loss of this portal does not affect Horde that much, as they can still use Undercity/Lordaeron through many means like the Zeppelin in Orgrimmar.

Alliance players can take the Twilight Highlands portal from Stormwind, which is found in the northeastern corner of the city with the other Cataclysm portals.

Mages can teleport themselves via Ancient Tome of Teleport: Dalaran, picked up from Scarlet Halls.

A Mage with Ancient Tome of Teleport: Dalaran can purchase Ancient Tome of Portal: Dalaran from Endora Moorehead in limited stock! If you don't have the teleport book, you cannot buy the portal book. Should you take this Mage portal, use some sort of slowfall as you will end up in the air after taking the portal.

Druids can use Dreamwalk to port to the Hinterlands.

Dark Iron Dwarves can use Mole Machine to reach the Hinterlands.

Rogues with The Vault can acquire Scroll of Teleport: Ravenholdt to teleport to Ravenholdt.

Paladins can get to Lights Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands by going to their Class Hall, the Sanctum of Light, from Legion Dalaran. The portals are located in Greyfang Enclave (A) and Windrunner's Sanctuary (H).

How to get to Hellfire without the portal:

There are new Mage NPCs in place of portals to the Blasted Lands. In Stormwind, talk to Honor Hold Mage at the entrance to the Mage Tower. In Orgrimmar, talk to Thrallmar Mage by the Shattrath portal in the Portal room. These NPCs will take you to the Blasted Lands, right by the Dark Portal.

The Blasted Lands is a short flight from Stormwind, for Alliance players.

If you are on AU Draenor, various locations will port you to Outland via the Ever-Shifting Mirror for 500 Timewarped Badges.

Dimensional Ripper - Area 52 (Goblin Engineering) and Ultrasafe Transporter: Toshley's Station (Gnomish Engineering) are closer than the Hellfire Portal for farming Ashes of Al'ar, Tempest Keep for Raiding with Leashes II: Attunement Edition, and Ogri'la.

Blessed Medallion of Karabor (Black Temple quests) and Fractured Necrolyte Skull (Timewarped Badges) are close by to Black Temple for Warglaive of Azzinoth and Tier 6 farming, as well as the Netherwing reputation grind.

Druids can use Dreamwalk to port to Duskwood, which is close to the Blasted Lands.

Dark Iron Dwarves can use Mole Machine to get to the Blasted Lands.

Shattrath, easily accessible from the Portal Rooms, is a great central location for most zones, especially Nagrand for Kurenai talbuk mount farming and Terokkar for Sha'tari Skyguard reputation and Reins of the Raven Lord farming.

Horde players have more limited options--their best bet is to talk to the new NPC in the Portal Room, Thrallmar Mage, for the Blasted Lands port. Or, find a Mage with Portal: Stonard.

Teleport to Karazhan with the ring Violet Seal of the Grand Magus, obtainable after completing No Bones About It from Return to Karazhan.

Druids can use Dreamwalk to port to Duskwood, close to Karazhan.

Dark Iron Dwarves can use Mole Machine to get to the Blasted Lands.

How to get to Dragonblight without the portal:

Simply take the Dalaran portal in the Stormwind or Orgrimmar portal rooms, then fly south.

Druids can use Dreamwalk to port to Grizzly Hills, close to Dragonblight.

There are several teleport items to Dalaran, notably the Ring of the Kirin Tor ring series sold by Harold Winston and Jaina's Locket as a Shadowmourne reward.

Dark Iron Dwarves can use Mole Machine to teleport to Dragonblight.

This puts them in kun lai in the mountains.

Zen Pilgrimage, find zidormi ask to see what it looked like before the legion attacked. Where zidormi is i forget off the top of my head, but you shouldn't have too much problems finding zidormi. It will bring you to Hellfire if you are under 90.
